I have not got a bad word to say about this company or their clothing. I came across their page on Facebook and have been looking for a beetlejuice fancy dress outfit. I saw their black and white strip skirt and knew I had to have it. I absolutely love their style and the design of the clothes. Well worth the price. The skirt is such good quality fabric. Too good to use just as a fancy dress outfit so will definitely get lots of wear out of it. The delivery to the UK was quick and not expensive. There were no extra fees or taxes to pay. I would highly recommend Dracula clothing and will be buying from them again

Everything got to me quickly and it is really well made! I ordered the wrong size, but it was no problem as the product was so nice my best friend bought it off of me right away.

We buy costume clothing from Dracula Clothing often and the quality and service is always outstanding. Highly recommended.

Never had any problems with Dracula clothing, and still don’t, every time I order from them, I get great service, quick delivery and fabulous clothing. The sizing guide is easy to follow, so I have never had a problem with fitting. My only real issue is wanting more clothing from them!

Beautiful items with accurate sizing

My item shipped in less than a week from overseas, I've never had such fleetness in deliveries before! The quality is superb, magnificent even, and very much worth the price.
I definitely intend on ordering from this company again!

Ich kann im Moment nur Gutes berichten. Hab inzwischen das zweite Korsett gekauft und bin von der Qualität und dem dafür wirklich fairen Preis begeistert.
Der Versand läuft auch ohne Probleme....beim ersten Mal hat es 10 Tage gedauert, jetzt ging es noch schneller. Sowie die Ware in Deutschland von Hermes übernommen wird, hat man auch die normale Sendungsverfolgung.
Nachteil: die Sachen haben Suchtpotential!!

I purchased the brocade tailcoat vest and I'm extremely happy with it. The size chart was accurate and the vest fits like a glove with some room available to cinch the waist using the corset lacing in the back. The shipping was also quite fast, considering it was shipped from Europe.

I ordered the evil queen brocade coat, it arrived after a couple of weeks and it is stunning. Beautiful rich brocade, warm and gorgeous, warm, luscious and good sizing.
I love it so much I prayed for snow all winter so I could wear it.
The customer service was spot on, responsive and helpful. Delivery was faster than expected. I could easily bankrupt myself with this shop, I kid you not.
Would definitely recommend this company.

Was buying clothes for my husband, have some of top of the line gothic clothing for men.

I got Red evil Princess coat for my sis birthday and she loves it. She looked like little girl while putting it on and trying if it fits. She said it's very nice to touch and can't wait for cold weather to wear it. Guys from Dracula were nice and helpful. Thumbs up

I bought the black Evil Princess coat from Dracula Clothing after lusting for it for a long time. I read the reviews thoroughly before buying because their clothing is extremely expensive and EU to UK shipping can take time. I checked Facebook as you tend to find more in honest opinions in the comments and was reassured to find a ton of positivity around quality, attention to detail and customer service particularly.

The coat arrived and as expected, at first glance it was absolutely stunning. Thick material, actual brocade feel and look and satin style ruffled edging, it was exactly as the description explained it to be.

Then I put it on. It was clear that despite the label it was the wrong size and upon measuring the Large was actually a Medium with an “L” label on it. I measured myself again and the coat and it was definitely not L as per the size chart. No problem though, as the coat fit like a glove. In fact it was a little too loose so I was excited to take full advantage of the corset-esque lacing at the back. Unfortunately, not only was the “lace” provided literally an ugly trainer shoelace, one of the eyelets came loose.

I then put the coat on and stuck my hands in the pockets. One pocket was very deep and the other very shallow. Upon exploration the shorter pocket material had been sewn into the buttonhole. This wasn’t fixable because the pocket was across the entire buttonhole and would require a new pocket lining be put in.

I then tried to do up the buttons and most of the other buttonholes hadn’t been released and were closed over. so I had to get a seam ripper to carefully take them apart. After that two of the buttons were loose and one fell off. Thankfully these things WERE fixable so I just sewed them. The seam had come apart at one side of the wast but again, easy fix and I just stitched it as it was a tiny hole.

Despite all of these issues I absolutely love this coat and decided to just suck it up, keeping it and fix it myself, despite my overall feeling that if you spend £112 on a coat that it should arrive impeccable condition. It also took over a week to arrive and sending it back overseas would have been an expensive hassle.

The PROBLEM I have is the company deliberately hiding the review I left on their website and any other neutral or negative reviews. After my review didn’t show up after an entire month I had a good dig around on their website and didn’t find a single review that isn’t completely positive listed for public view on there. I queried this via email and fed back that the coat wasn’t extremely high quality despite boasting about having some of the best designers in EU working on their products. After receiving no response I sent another email two weeks later which was again ignored. It was clear to me the company couldn’t be bothered to deliver on their promises or uphold any level of customer service so I gave up. After all I was happy with the coat and eventually I moved on, revelling in the glory of all the compliments I received when I wore it. Like I said, their clothing IS beautiful and I would never dispute that so I simply moved on and ate the cost and put up with uneven pockets.

After a few months ads started coming up on my Facebook feed advertising the Evil Princess coat again. I decided I’d leave an honest and constructive comment giving people a heads up that while the coat is gorgeous and the materials used ARE good quality, some of the craftsmanship and customer service was lacking. Within 5 minutes my comment vanished and, thinking I had messed up I posted it again and the same thing happened.

Since then every comment I’ve left on Facebook has been deleted and every negative experience I’ve read and replied to also gets taken down within minutes, which is extremely shady (and I have screen shots and recordings of my most recent comment so if it ALSO does a super mysterious disappearing act I have some proof of this). There is a clear lack of ability from DraculaClothing to take constructive criticism like any normal business would and if it weren’t for the fact that the overall quality of their clothing seems to be good it would come across as very scam like behaviour. The company are clearly trying to skew reviews so no one sees the negativity rather than actually trying to help customers.

I would have become an extremely loyal customer of DraculaClothing had they bothered to actually interact with me in any capacity other than going out of their way to hide my experience from others and then hide OTHER customers experienced too. Which is a shame because their clothes are stunning and i would have very happily bankrupt myself every month buying up their collection.

After seeing ads for a stunning dress online, I decided to take a risk purchasing from Draculaclothing for a formal goth event later this year. I was completely shocked when it arrived only a few days after my order! (I've had many packaged coming from one state over that took far longer to be delivered.)

The actual dress and waist cincher I purchased are just as gorgeous as the pictures looked. The dress fits perfectly! The waist cincher is beautiful, but it turns out I could have gone down an extra size. It's sadly too expensive to return it for a properly sized one, but that was my own fault and not theirs. It will not go unused, however.

I'll look forward to future purchases through this shop.
