Drainage Online Reviews

Rang for some information on plastic covers not very expensive but Dan who took my call in my eyes went over and above would highly recommend this company these are the people you want in your company top man

If you give a delivery date I suggest you keep to it instead of us having to keep contacting you. I’ve been given 3 different delivery dates and still not received the order, does it really take over 2 weeks to deliver a roll of membrane. I can only hope it gets delivered on the next promised date.

First time ive ever used this company...absolute breath of fresh air! Good product, informative contact email and pipes were 2 days early, neatly delivered. Excellent people. Thank you. Steve, The Old Wash House, Devizes.

Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommend

Andy was so helpfully. He talked me through every item .At least you could talk to someone all the other companies I found had no help.

Really helpful and spent time finding what I needed

This company is amazing. I needed cast iron fittings for a stack pipe and most companies I called did not respond.

Denise not only responded in a super fast time she was courteous friendly and knowledgeable.

Helpful and friendly and quick. Many thanks

Great customer service very friendly
Parcel arrived earlier than expected Great service

Had to order larger 80mm gutter. Downpipes etc. Amazing customer service. Didn't have 4m downpipes in stock so couriered it from other depot. v. v. good firm to deal with. Helpful, knowledgable and even got a follow up call to check all had arrived. 10 out of 10. And by the way - they were the cheapest!

Beware aluminium products are vastly over priced.

I put in my order, but found that I had made a couple of mistakes. I rang to change the order and it was no problem. The order came, when it was due, and the goods were excellent. Big thanks to Denise for her excellent customer care. Will definitely recommend them

The company was very helpful and easy to deal with, offering advice on the products we needed.
Ordering was simple and delivery was fast.
Would recommend

I would rate the service a perfect 10 out of 10. Speaking with Andy was a top-tier experience; all my inquiries were addressed thoroughly and professionally. I couldn't have wished for better assistance.

Absolutely first class service - very professional and great prices !!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The online experience did not work for me because I live in an 'awkward' post code area. However, a telephone call quickly resolved the issue, and I was able to place, and pay for, my order over the phone. The gentleman I interacted with was very helpful, polite and efficient. The order was placed late on a Monday afternoon, and all the goods arrived safely at lunch time on the following Wednesday. I was very pleased with this service.

Great sales support and very efficient. Will be using Drainage Online again!

top customer care thanks to Andy
