A job well done
The engineer attended within a couple of hours of making the call to drain division. The van was well presented being fully liveried and equipped. Alick was professional in his approach and the blockage was cleared within a few minutes of arrival.

Came within 24 hours at the time…
Came within 24 hours at the time agreed. The work was carried out extremely professionally, the two guys that attended were personable and very knowledgeable. Problem turned out to be a large job but they stayed on site and fixed the problem without any delay.
I would highly recommend them.

I suffer from anxiety, and...
I suffer from anxiety and babbled a mention of this to the gentleman, upon my first meeting him; he was very compassionate straight away, he didn't seem to find strange what I was saying, and he said and did all he could to put me at ease. The remedial, plumbing work was done efficiently but it was the gentleman's compassionate side that mattered the most to me in the event.

Very Efficient
Phone was answered quickly, team arrived the same day (within an hour in my case), costs were explained up front, my external drain was unblocked in minutes.
I could not think of any improvement they could make.

Great service all round from Lloyd!
Lloyd provided an excellent, friendly and professional service. Gave an hour's notice and arrived on schedule. He took the time to explain the various stages of the work being undertaken including showing the results from the camera that had to be placed underground. He was also very kind and patient in discussing matters with my elderly father. Kept me advised of costs. Great service all round, job completed successfully and would definitely recommend!

didn't expect the invoice to be that…
didn't expect the invoice to be that much.
it was only one drain to be checked.
this is the third we have used them and been told it went over the 30 mins price.
its always 45 mins.
been told the same thing on 3 previous occasions.
got a better quote from else where.

I’m sorry to read your review. We genuinely welcome both positive and negative feedback, but we feel it’s important that the full circumstances are clear.
Previously we were called out to a blocked toilet, with a toilet brush stuck in the pan connector. The engineer removed the toilet, removed the blockage and all was completed within an hour. On this occasion you called with a blocked drain flooding the patio.
On arrival the patio was covered in grease and fats and as there was no access via a manhole the engineer had no choice but to use high pressure jetting to clear. This was explained to you and agreed before any works were carried out. Large quantities of fats were removed and once running clear, the engineer then jetted off the patio to remove the fats and grease. The engineer was on site for 45 minutes and you were charged for 2 x 1/2 hour of labour and 1 x 1/2 hour of jetting. I am sorry if you feel that the cost of £139.90 was a shock to you. The only addition from the first visit was the cost of the jetting which was unavoidable.
It would be advisable moving forward not to put fats down the drain and then any further blockages can be avoided.
