Although the engineers were outside of the predicted time-frame when they arrived they were brilliant - straight down to the job which they completely perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Their pricing is misleading
Two guys arrive, they explain the pricing which rockets if two guys are needed. Of course, two guys are needed after the first ten mins and they charge in increments of 5 minutes. Was informed my drain had collapsed requiring the lawn to by excavated. To this day, I have not had the pipes replaced, they had not collapsed. When you complain they fall back on, "But we told you the pricing policy," and are totally unapologetic. Would never use them again. Way too concerned with a quick buck than building long term client relationships.

We came out to you 4 years ago on 28 July 2022, you have waited 4 years to leave a review!
We don't fall back on "We told you the prices". We also do not price in 5 minute increments.
However we do quote our rates on the phone (I can provide a sound file if you have forgotten). We tried rodding but had to move onto high pressure jetting. This was explained to you and you also signed in agreement of the rates and the cost for the second engineer. ( I can provide a copy of your signed invoice from 4 years ago if you have forgotten).
Under The Water Jetting Association Guidelines 8.1.1, if high pressure jetting is used a second or subsequent engineer will be required. We ensure that all customers are aware of the charges and if at anytime they are not happy with the costs, they can decline the initial call or refuse to sign the invoice in agreement. In which case no works would be undertaken or charge made.
The engineers felt there was a problem with the drain so did not carry on works they advised a spot dig may be required and for you to call your insurance company. They cleared the drain but advised that further works may be required. How good to hear that the drain has remained clear for the following 4 years.
I am at a loss to understand your review. You were aware of the rates, you even signed to agree the rates for labour and jetting and the engineers cleared the blockage within the hour. Even more confused that you have waited 4 years to write a review but have never contacted us with your concerns.
We certainly do build long term relationships as you can see from our 89% of 5* reviews.

Drain survey and extension works
From the moment I spoke to Becky in the office I knew I had chosen the correct team. Becky answered all of my questions, put me at ease when I had a hard job explaining what I needed. Made all arrangements and kept me updated along the way. Ryan and his crew done a fantastic job and explained each step they were taking and what they were doing next. Very polite. The toilet still blocks up
The toilet was blocked, even after 5 mins with a plunger. It drained after they had plunged it for about 15 minutes. Now it is blocking again, so the underlying problem remains. Yes, we are planning to replace the bathroom, but not for some months.

Sorry to read your review, it's a shame you haven't contacted us to deal with this rather than leave a poor review. The engineers will always try and plunge a toilet first and if it was cleared, the engineer wouldn't have carried on working once clear! Or they could have been accused of time-wasting. You were charged £42.50 for 1/2 an hour, the very minimum cost. 4 days later it has blocked again so it is obviously an underlying issue which needs further attention and investigation. We certainly wouldn't have stayed longer and charged more for something that wasn't obvious at the time. The toilet was tested and clear when the engineer left.
The engineer has stated on the job sheet that the level rises slightly but was informed by yourself that this was normal. He did suggest it could be a build-up of scale but you declined any further works as you were changing the bathroom in the very near future.
