Upfront with their pricing and efficient 
My experience was really good. Had a problem and he dealt with it within the 30 minute pricing range. 

What would point out, this company charges per 30 minutes so if they do a job that takes 35 minutes they want to charge you an hour, which is wide open for abuse. Fortunately my man did do a 30 minute job within the 30 minutes.
Nobody likes a tradesmen coming to your home and trying to take the piss with their charges and this company demonstrated that this isn’t the case for them. My only recommendation is that they charge a minimum of 30 minutes and then increased by 15 minute increments.

I had a terrible experience with this company
I paid a lot of money for some work which imho had clear quality issues which they would not remediate when I first brought it to light. I’m not a drainage expert but I’m a very unhappy customer
Due to my very bad experience I did get very frustrated with them on a telephone call. I’m not expecting them to admit any fault but it has been a very bad experience. I do not intend to be spiteful in any way and can back up every part of my review with evidence

We take pride in our works and customer service is of utmost importance.
I have investigated you claims and although we take them seriously several comments in your claims are not true.
We carried out lining works at your property in February 2024. This was at your request and the completion report, cctv footage and 10-year guarantee provided.
November 2024 - we received a call from you that you had a blockage in the drain. We sent an engineer the same day and the blockage had been caused by a bin liner in the run. We cleared the drain and as a gesture of goodwill we carried this out under your guarantee although we do not cover foreign objects and abuse of the system under our terms and conditions.
We surveyed the entire system whilst on site to check the works and all were in good condition although a slight tail from the liner had been left leaving the manhole. We emailed you our findings and explained that was on the exit pipe so shouldn’t cause problems but if it did, we would return and remove it. Your response? You would keep an eye on it. We heard nothing more from you.
29 January 2026 - some 2 years after the install, we received a very strange phone call from you stating that the works were faulty, and you were claiming a refund and compensation. You made endless threats of your intentions. We asked for details and proof of your claims, however your only response was you earned a lot of money and if you had to start providing information and emailing you wanted us to pay for your time. You were extremely rude and refused to provide any further information.
We arranged with you to return the following week, on Wednesday 4th February to check the system and to remove the tail. (Although we had heard nothing from you some 13 months after our previous visit and 2 years after the works).
You subsequently provided 2 invoices from third party companies who had attended your property, One just said the drain had been rodded through and not given a cause and the other who attended a day before your phone call, detailed that the drain was blocked beyond your boundary and not your responsibility.
It was explained to you that as a goodwill gesture we would refund the initial invoice which had not stated a cause of blockage, although you should have called Drain Division under your guarantee, as you had 13 months earlier. However, the second blockage was not your responsibility and out of your boundary so we would not refund that invoice.
In 2 years, there has been 3 blockages, 1 from a bin liner in the drain, 1 out of your boundary, and 1 cause unknown, which we have agreed to refund you.
We have also arranged to return on Wednesday to check the works. I’m not sure what else, as a company we could do. I understand that 3 blockages in 2 years may be annoying but 2 of those were definitely not down to our works and the 3rd one unknown.
All will become apparent on Wednesday, and everything will be recorded and a copy provided to you and your father.

Not satisfied
While the guys released the blocked drain, they did not do enough to clear the pipes to stop the drain blocking again which it did within two days. I am looking elsewhere for a service to clear the drain properly

The engineer attended and cleared through the pipes from large quantities of grease and fats until the drains ran clear. A CCTV camera was used to check all the pipes were running free. You were charged for 1/2 hour. The engineers will only work until the drain runs free or we could be accused of timewasting to run up the invoice.
You called 2 days later to request the engineers to return and were told as only 1/2 hour had been spent on the job if more time was needed, or further fats had been put down the sink (it is a pub, The Crown in Cambridge), then it would be chargeable as if longer had been spent on the day the invoice would have increased. You chose to not accept this option.
To avoid any further blockages and ensure that the kitchens and drains remain fat free, on a hygiene matter as well, you should maybe speak to your staff about this.

CCTV and Collapsed Drain
The original requirement was for a CCTV of the drainage system. Whilst carrying out the survey a collapsed drain was discovered. This proved to be a very difficult situation as the drain had been covered in concrete.
Both Rich and Frank were very professional, courtesous and friendly throughout and involved me in every step of the repair process. I cannot praise them enough for the brilliant job they did. Thank you

I was delighted with the assistance provided by Drain Division for my toilet issue. However, when inquiring about the fees, it would be helpful to know that the £42.50 per half-hour rate is per person since two technicians arrived for the task. I was pleased with what drain division…
I was pleased with what drain division did to help with the problem with my toilet but i would like to be told when asking how much you charge which was £42.50 per i/2hour that it refers to a person and 2 people turned up to carry out the job.Also my smaller drain on my patio they could not access as the screwes were rusted in so could you have a drill on sight to help with this prblem

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately under The Water Jetting Association Regulations, when high pressure jetting is required, two or more engineers are needed for Health & Safety guidelines. This charge was only for the time the jetter was used and not for the whole visit. I'm sorry if you were not made aware of that. The engineers do have fully equipped vans with drills, but sadly the screws had been so rounded off that these were beyond use of a drill. Pleased to read that the drains were cleared quickly and efficiently for you. Thank you again.

I booked a visit from Drain Division (Leatherhead) to clear a blocked drain. No one arrived during the time slot given and I recieved no call to explain. At the end of the slot I rang to find out the issue. Understandably, they were held up at the job before but could come in the afternoon instead. No problem but someone could have called. Unfortunately, I couldn't be home for the afternoon so they booked the job for the following day. The next day I waited all day for them to arrive. No one came, no one phoned!! 4 days after the second missed appointment I received a call asking if I still needed them. No thank you!! Not impressed!

I am sorry to read your review and can only apologise for the lack of service provided on this occasion. Unfortunately this was totally human error and when the job was moved on the first day, the member of staff had forgotten to change the date! You were literally 'lost in the system'. It was only today while having some updates on the system that we found your job and as a matter of courtesy called to apologise and ask if we could still be of help.
This service is far from what we expect or aim to offer as you can see from our 700 odd reviews. My apologies once again and if you ever incur a drainage problem again, we would like the opportunity to show the excellent service Drain Division aim to provide.

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. I called with a blocked toilet drain, Drain Division were professional over the phone, gave me the hourly rate of the engineer that was to come out to assess a blocked drain, everything was upfront. They did not charge me a call out fee. The engineer Ben gave me a call 30 mins before arrival and got straight to work when arrived. He explained what was going on and everything that needed to be done. I was sent a report and a full breakdown of cost, their communication has been brilliant.
There is more work to be done on the drain and I've recommended them to my landlord, as they are efficient and reliable. Thank you.
