Professionalism from start to finish. I was kept in touch throughout the booking procedure to the arrival of Charlie. Charlie himself after examining the blocked drain explained what was required to unblock and gave me a quote for unblocking my drain to which I agreed the price and he started straight away. Area left in a clean state after work was completed. Thank you

Adrian arrived and assessed what was required to unblock the soil pipe, what seemed like a simple straight forward job turned into something different! Adrian was patient and thorough and persevered until the job was complete, he was polite, patient and cleaned and tidied everything, it was like he’d not been here (apart from an unblocked pipe) I would highly recommend Drain Doctor

Came out quickly, Adrian worked tirelessly to fix the problem (not standard drains) with use of cameras found a broken drain as the cause of blockage and gave options to rectify this wich we will be getting Drain doctor out again to repair shortly.

What a great company. The lady who I spoke to in the initial call was lovely, helpful and efficient and within an hour or so a lovely guy called Charlie came to assess the situation. I cannot speak highly enough of how polite, friendly, professional and honest he was.

Phoned 'Drain Doctor' as we had a blockage in the waste-pipe, coming from the upstairs loo. Made an appointment for a sevice engineer to call the following day. Engineer arrived promptly and quickly got to work to diagnose the blockage. The complete toilet was removed to gain access to the waste pipe and a CCTV cable was carefully lowered down the pipe. Investigation revealed a chunk of masonary lodged in the pipe causing the blockage. Managed to break-up most of the masonary and now looking to dissolve the remainder with a strong masonary solvent. Toilet replaced, everything okay for now. 😊

Drain Doctor were the only company that stuck with us. About three well known companies were contacted but it seemed like it was an effort to help!

Turned up on the day, and at the time, they said they would and did a great job. Charge was less than expected (bonus) and the garden looks as it did before work commenced. Hopefully will not need their services again any time soon but will have no hesitation in calling them again in the unlikely event they are needed in the future. Would definitely recommend if you need this type of work carried out.

Adrian was very good. Explaining what he was doing how to clear the drain.

I contacted them in the morning and the man was here in a couple of hours. The man was lovely and did what needed doing. I could not have asked for a better service or better person to have done the job.

Using the website and booking system was easy and I had confirmation no problem. Dean arrived and explained what he would do and the prices. He carried out the work keeping me informed along the way and gave good advice on next steps. Thanks alot.

Charlie from Drain Doctor came to remove a blockage in our toilet today. This involved removing our toilet to have access to the blockage. Charlie was polite and friendly. We are delighted with the first class job he did, how he respected our property and thoroughly cleaned up after the job. Jessica who took the initial call is a gem. Excellent service from Drain Doctor, especially my engineer Ady & later with Tyrone. It was a really difficult problem that kept escalating but Ady persevered and Im pleased to say, the blockage and new drain installation has been resolved. I would readily recommend this company.
