Ciaran arrived at the arranged time, friendly guy, got straight onto the job, a blocked sewage pipe. Used a few bits of equipment and cleared the blockage. Turned out to be tree roots. The pipe needs repairing at some point so we'll be having Ciaran back for that.

The lady on the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Gave me loads of options to have an engineer come over and tried to get one for later on it the same day, which she did.
Adrian, the engineer, was an incredibly friendly, professional and helpful person. A real credit to the team! Told all the details before quoting and then got on with the work with no trouble. Finished by the tim I needed him to and took photos of the issue which has helped us realised the problem was caused by a lack quality control by our house builders. Sent the evidence photos after the job so we can attempt to pursue a complaint with the house builders. Top man!

I was in a total mess no shower / toilets working and in came the drain dr and they sent Ciaran Mucvea senior technician who was wonderful. He assured me he wouldn’t leave until my problem was fixed and he was true to his word! He worked harder than I have ever seen anyone before he was so polite and upbeat I really can’t praise him enough. He is worth his weight in gold and I am so so grateful because I really was upset with my situation having recently been bereaved and then plumbing issues on top - I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else after the excellent service all round - many thanks as well to the lovely lady on the phone - just lovely professional people who won’t let you down, cannot recommend them enough! I have already passed on the drain dr details to my friends family if ever in trouble and am sure they will use your services too should there be any need.

Contacted DrainDoctor by email about an external drain blockage around 09:00 in the morning. They rang me back within 15 minutes to arrange a callout later the same day. Arrived earlier than expected, and Charlie went through the 3 main options available and costs. Decided to go with the jet power wash option, which Charlie then carried out. Blockage was fully cleared, with the drain camera used to show that the pipework was clear and in good condition. The job was completed satisfactorily within a 2 hour timeframe.
In summary, the work was successfully completed the same day, and Charlie was very polite and carried out the work efficiently and effectively.
Would definitely recommend.

Called them out to fix a blocked toilet, found the drain was blocked on the driveway. Cleared the blockage was told everything working now but 4 days later was blocked again. Called seven trent who came out and said the blockage was further down the line in neighbours drain.

The service I received was absolutely excellent and they arrived within 2 hours of the call out. Initially it was Ben that came out and then he was later joined by Charlie. It took some time for them to identify the fault but once they had found it out, they were able to rectify it very quickly. I also wanted to mention how extremely polite and respectful they were and that they explained everything thoroughly throughout the whole experience. Many thanks to both of them for a job well done.

Same day service was great. Kieran explainef the options and pricrs before the work was agreed. Kietan was pleasant and did the job efficiently.

The engineer (Kieron) came within half an hour of us having reported a problem to the company . He diagnosed and was able to resolve the immediate Issue to our satisfaction. We found Keiron very helpful and would strongly recommend him and your firm to others.

Job was to fix a failure on an outside pipe that had collapsed to a shared stack waste water pipe.
He kept me in the loop constantly also explaining everything from tarred oakham, what certain parts were for and toxic gasses etc. I did ask alot of whys and how's. My young son was eager to watch too and now wants to be a plumber. The garden was left tidy and it was a job very well done. He was very polite aswell as very professional on both visits.

The engineer was knowledgeable & quickly tracked down the problem causing the blockage in the drain. He gave us a clear quote & planned when he could return with the necessary equipment to cut tree roots from the pipe. On return, he worked really hard to locate a manhole cover buried in the garden & succeeded in clearing the blockage.

We had a broken drain gully that needed replacement. After an initial visit to assess the job, we got a quote within days. The work itself was quickly booked, and the actual job took about four hours. All exchanges and arrangements were agreeable. The work was done to a good standard, and the drains checked internally by camera. We're very happy with the result.

We had an unpleasant smell keep coming from a small room that contained washing machine and no amount of cleaning the machine and putting cleaner, etc down the waste pipe would clear up the problem.
The person from Drain Doctor was very helpful who explained what he would do to try and identify the problem, and carried out the job successfully and showed photos of problem and final results. We have not had any unpleasant smells from that room since so we are well pleased.

We had our privately owned drain blocked by the roots of a nearby tree. Severn Trent refused to help so we called Bedworth branch of DD. We initially spoke with Jessica who was lovely. She arranged for an engineer to come out for an inspection the next day. Adrian arrived on time and provided his opinion on what needed doing. He said he’d come the next day to carry out the work.

But the next day Storm Claudia hit the Midlands. It was as grim a day as I’ve ever seen with rain that hurt and 60mph gales. I was working from home, well bed because the weather was painful even indoors. Yet the doorbell rang bang on time and there was Adrian looking like a drowned squirrel. He completed the work to a very high degree, showed me pictures of what was causing the problem and what he’d done to remedy it.

I can’t overstate how bad the weather was. I’m surprised he didn’t have to rope himself to a tree to prevent being blown across the fields and far away. We’ve nothing but respect for that.

Very friendly and professional service. Resolved a drain issue and re-routed pipe work, also came out promptly same day for another problem which was investigated and have pointed us in the right direction to get this resolved! Would definitely recommend!
