Drain Doctor - North West Reviews 

My experience with Drain Doctor was second to none. After making the appointment, Tom and his team contacted me when they were on their way.
Explained the problem regarding flooding and we were advised of several options to remedy this, allowing me a choice to suit.
The team were very helpful, hard working and conscientious in their work.
A down pipe was removed and replaced in a position which allowed the water to be released directly into a newly built drain. An aco drain was also installed.
Flagging had to be pulled up to allow this job but were replaced following installation and looks great
An honest company, cannot fault. Would highly recommend

Brilliant from start to finish. Could have came out to us the day that I phoned but I explained that it could easily wait till the next working day. Phoned me on the Monday morning and they were with us that afternoon, sorted the problem. Paid and off they went.

Darren was the guy who came out, bang on 11.00am as promised by the office. Did a really thorough job, very informative and helpful. Even lent his watervac to help with removing water from the cellar. Brilliant service from him, and Drain Doctor in general.

Mark was prompt and very respectful of property and resolved the Issue . Would recommend to others.
