Darren was the guy who came out, bang on 11.00am as promised by the office. Did a really thorough job, very informative and helpful. Even lent his watervac to help with removing water from the cellar. Brilliant service from him, and Drain Doctor in general.

Mark was prompt and very respectful of property and resolved the Issue . Would recommend to others.

Booking was simple and straightforward, and I received clear confirmation and updates throughout. The office staff were polite, professional, and made the whole process stress-free.
The technician, Phil, explained everything clearly and the necessary repairs were carried out over two days. I was very happy with the finished job and I highly recommend Drain Doctor if you need a dependable drainage service.

The guys who cam to fix our drain blockage did an excellent job and cleared it in no time with no fuss.
They cleaned up after themselves and got me out of a spot of bother as the guests were due to arrive at 3 pm

Drain & Sewage Treatment Plant Survey.
I called “Drain Doctor” 2 days ago, spoke to a lovley, efficient & knowledgeable lady who booked me in for a quote on Friday morning between 9 & 10am. Friday 9.30am a crew of 2 arrived, Jack & Liam, in a very well presented & equipped van. They had a quick chat to explain the process then proceeded to put together a quote . The quote was good value for money, I agreed for them to do the job.They started immediately, jetted all our drains, CCTV Surveyed the whole system including the Sewage Tank, explaining my drainage system as they progressed, They took photos of the whole system & will produce a map & detailed report of my drains. The whole process took 3hrs.
Jack & Liam could not have been more professional in their work, they were clean, efficient & willing to answer any questions. The cost was 50% cheaper that other companies, they turned up on time quoted & completed the job on the same day, no messing or waiting….. what a great team 😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

He took us through the video footage and explained clearly the issues that were causing the blockages. He worked on his own throughout and showed pride in doing the job well. Drains that were not draining quickly and filling up during heavy rain were cleared and the team left the property with the debris tided away and all neat around the drains. Very happy with the work and swift response.
