First Class Service
Excellent company to work with; so easy to deal with and the service is first class. No need for massive stock to be kept on site when you can order for next day delivery as the project progresses. No hassle with trying to get the value of the order up in order to qualify for discounts as with other suppliers. They keep 99% of what you need in stock and will go out of their way to help. Courteous drivers who will phone ahead and actually read the delivery instructions too. Why can't all suppliers by like this?

Drainfast are one of the best suppliers I have dealt with in this industry. Excellent prices, fast delivery services, excellent customer service.
to be able to deliver next day with orders placed near 5pm is very rare, and helps unorganised sites get out of trouble no end.
any mistakes are rectified with no fuss and a quick response.
one of the only suppliers i can say where there isn't a single problem to moan about.
