Disappointed
I've had to update my initial 5 star review. Quick to respond, arrive and address a very unpleasant problem. We had been plunging for 12 hours. Blockage flowing back in bath from sink, toilet contents backwashing. Unfortunately, the problem returned the next day. Although costs are quoted upfront, we couldn't justify the cost of the 2nd call out. I never received a call back as was promised and we subsequently booked a local drainage company who cleared the problem for a quarter of the price.

Great service, highly recommended.
Josh and Jo couldn’t have been any more helpful. Following a blockage on Saturday I called and spoke to Kieran who was extremely helpful and polite. He arranged for an engineer to attend on Monday but on inspection we were told it was an an internal connection pipe from the kitchen that was an issue, so he cleared the external pipe and when couldn’t clear the internal pipe himself arranged for another engineer to deal with the inside connecting pipes. Josh called the next day to let me know what time he was due to arrive and duly arrived on time.
2.5 hours to clear the connecting pipes, but he also surveyed the whole system as well as jet washing a drain on the other side of the house that was nothing to do with the original blockage. He gave me an opinion on an external sewage pipe and gave advice on toilet flushes.
They were both respectful to the property, very knowledgeable and efficient doing the job and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.
I have no issue with either visit, the only reason for the 4 ⭐ is you can’t give a half, and I can’t give 5 ⭐ as I needed to wait another day without running water to get the problem sorted, and I had two call out charges. That said, both were clear about the costs and while expensive you get what you pay for!

Glen & Bob (Drain Response Ltd) - Fantastic Team
Glen & Bob came out to complete a camera survey of a blocked drain. Glen made a courtesy call before arrival to let me know they would be an hour. The drain was backed right up with sewage so the job took much longer than expected having to now unblock prior to surveying. Glen was transparent about what needed to be done and incredibly fair in the additional cost. Brilliant team, very professional, friendly, helpful and informative. Would highly recommend Drain Response Ltd. Thank you guys.

Josh and Jamie to the rescue
I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. Prompt, efficient service. Josh and Jamie went above and beyond to fix an issue that we had – and ended up working in the dark, until 9.30 p.m. in order to get the job done. You couldn’t meet two more lovely and polite guys. First class service all the way through the booking, from the first call, to keeping in touch to let us know when they would be able to carry out the job and sending a copy of the photos etc afterwards. Will be recommending to everyone we know that has drain issues. Thank you again.

Complicated Bridgwater drain system successfully unblocked in under 1hr.
Glen and Bob attended my property today and cleared my outdoor foul waste blockage. I had tried to clear it myself using a new set of drain rods, but had no luck and needed to call in the professionals.
They phoned me and gave me 30 minutes notice before arrival, so I went out and lifted covers from my inspection chambers in readiness.
Upon arrival, they set to work straight away and wasted no time. It was great to see how professional, helpful and respectful they are. They made use of equipment that I had never seen before to determine exactly how my drainage system was connected - and even identified a hidden (buried) inspection chamber that I didn’t know existed. Everything they needed was in their van ready and they both worked effectively together as a team.
My drains were cleared in under an hour, and all inspection chambers and gully’s were thoroughly jetted washed before boxing up.
Prior to departing, they explained my drainage configuration to me and gave me maintenance advice for the future, including how I could attempt to clear a blockage myself if it ever does occur again.
Thanks Glen and Bob, I am so grateful for your help today. If you are reading this, sorry I forgot to offer you a tea or coffee. 🫢
The final cost was as explained to me on the phone the day before when I booked, and no additional fees added.

Glen and Bob were absolutely…
Glen and Bob were absolutely exceptional! When they arrived, my partner had just returned from work and, luckily, had already resolved the issue by unblocking the drain. Many companies would have charged a call-out fee regardless, but Glen and Bob, despite the situation, graciously waived the fee after I apologised for the wasted trip. Their customer service went above and beyond, continuing to offer helpful advice on drainage maintenance and how to prevent future blockages. It's refreshing to see a company that operates with honesty and integrity, prioritising customer satisfaction over profit. I will definitely be calling Drain Response again in the future, and I’ll be sure to request Glen and Bob!

Definitely worth a call
I called Drain Response Ltd after our external drain kept overflowing. The two guys that turned up Ty and Fin were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, I definitely felt I was getting the job done by a professional. Ty explained every step of the procedure and didn't stop working until the drains were completely clear.
Having never had to have this type of work carried out before I was a little shocked at the final cost, but definitely happy with the results.
