Excellent service
Excellent service, friendly staff, professional and helpful. First they cleared my blocked drains, then gave an estimate to repair and line said drains, turned up within a week of asking and did a bang up job. Shout out to Josh and his crew, Highly recommended.

Drain camera survey
Following a blocked drain which had been cleared (by another company), we needed a camera survey. They turned up the next day. Josh was friendly, professional and explained exactly what he had found.

Wow what a day, a toilet backing up that’s become progressively worse ended up being a branch in the drain !!!!

Above and Beyond!
Glen and Ty are true professionals. Glen knew exactly what had caused the blockage before he’d even started the job. He was very polite and friendly, instantly calming us down. Before starting the work, Glen explained everything he was going to do and all fees fully. He also gave us advice on how to prevent the same thing happening again and informed us that he’d noticed an unrelated issue with the drain, explaining what may need to be done in the future if any issues were to arise. Glen carried out the job with so much kindness and humour, leaving everything clean and tidy and saying “it’s all part of the service” providing absolutely exceptional service throughout and going above and beyond with customer care. I hope to never need them again but Drain Response ltd is the only company I would ever use for a problem like this. I couldn’t recommend this company enough but Glen in particular for going above and beyond in every way.

Would NOT recommend under any circumstances.
Did not arrive ready and prepared to commence the job. This is unique to this company, their competitors inform me that is not how they operate, they all confirmed that they are ready to commence work on arrival. Drain Response Ltd took an exceptionally long time to complete the very limited amount of work that they actually carried out. Given that they charge from the moment they arrive at the premises this results in an excessively high bill. Also, this company finds it necessary to use two people to operate equipment that is operated by one person by their competitors. They charge additional and higher rates when they can use two people. Beware!

Blocked drains cleared quickly
The team from Drain Response (Glen and Nick) were punctual and efficient. They showed me what the problem causing the drain blockage was, and quickly sorted the problem. They gave me a quote for a longer-term solution that would prevent other blockages, but were not "pushy". They just explained what it would involve. They took the debris from the blockage away, and left everything in good order. Very pleasant to deal with.

SO glad I chose this Company
I am so glad I chose this Company. Josh and his Partner worked tirelessly to find the drain cover for my leaky/blocked drain, it's still a mystery now, but they found a way around the problem, and then talked me through the live cctv camera procedure they were using to show up the problem in the pipes.. Not good news and All very worrying, but my mind was put at rest by Josh and his Partner explaining how the descaling process works, and that one way or another it will be sorted.. The relief was huge.
An awkward job for them today with an even bigger one on Thursday when the next part is done.. but these lads were friendly, smiling and professional throughout the job
I can't praise them enough.

Excellent service
I needed a drainage survey for a bungalow and completed an online enquiry. Kieran phoned me back in a very short time, gave me the information I asked for and arranged a survey for the following morning. Glen phoned to confirm a time and he and Nick met me on time at the property, where they carried out a thorough survey, talked me through everything and gave me a written report and estimate.
I am very pleased with the service, the price and the helpfulness if the staff.
