Outstanding customer service from start…
Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I switched from Puffco and Focus V when the Dr Dabber Switch Go came out and I won’t use any other brand now. Dr Dabber technology and customer service surpasses any other brand I’ve tried. Big thanks Team Dr Dabber, you now have another loyal customer for life.

The many pros and the one con
I honestly love the device itself, it dabs great and gives very smooth hits. I like that the temperature is configurable and is simple to use. The device feels heavy, but in a good way. It feels study and durable. The only issue I have with it is that the top area where the chamber is, gets uncomfortably hot after 1-2 dabs. It then needs time to cool down, which isn’t a problem with me. It’s the fact the thing gets hot. If I go dabbing with a few buddies of mine, the thing with be like blazingly hot and would need 30-45 minutes to cool off. And that’s usually after like 3-4 dabs. Other than that, it’s a nice device and it feels durable and sturdy. Honestly, I would’ve given it 3 and a half stars if it would’ve let me do so.

I am really a fan of these products
I am really a fan of these products. I first bought a boost evo. Then a second one because I like it so much. Then I purchased the ghost2. I absolutely love it for on the move or just hanging out around the house. And then, I ordered the switch2. Absolutely fantastic device. I will eventually buy the GO as well. I am a loyal Dr.Dabber customer. They have the best products and better prices than all of the other companies. Dr. Dabber is an amazing company. Thank you!

Works as advertised
Works as advertised, and I have enjoyed the different settings you can do with it. The ascent one on a super low temp is nice and so is the hill one on a medium setting.

Battery broke, they replaced it
Other end of email was super nice and helpful. followed up afterwards and made sure everything went smooth with the delivery of package and the return of the old one

Stop waiting, get it!
I don’t even know where to start. The Dr.Dabber Switch Go, knocked my puffco pivot, and proxy out the water. I don’t know how I smoked before?!
Battery life? Awesome, I still find myself charging after every few smokes. But lowest I’ve gotten was 23%
Portability? Awesome too. I love that I can carry it almost anywhere!!!!
Worth the $330+ I spent after shipping and taxes.
In the past 2 weeks since I have had the Switch Go, I have completely stopped using my rig. Much more simple and I can smoke when I have a time crunch.
