I received this email after having a phone call
I received this email after having a phone call from the hospital, having explained to me that it was up to me if I took the appointment or not. I declined as my wrist was ok , that I was still doing the exercises and I didn’t think I was in need of any more treatment.

OPD tel appt request for 3way call
I am the patient’s daughter, I live over 100 miles away from mum.
I’m glad I can see her letters for appts.
It would be helpful for a tel appt to have the option to have a 3 way call so I can be present with mum on the call to support her.
