4th Drone; from Mini's to Enterprise DrDrone staff is always helpful from the deciding on which drone that you need vs want all the way to the follow up of any issues after the purchase. As well can't say enough about Tim and talking shop on licensing and software.
I would not go to anyone else for my DJI drones and accessories!!

A great store for Drone and Drone accessory shopping
This was another hassle-free experience. The delivery was surprisingly quick, considering I live on the other side of the country. The website is great displaying what is currently available with pricing and shipping details.

Good experience!
I was a bit nervous about sending my expensive drone away to get repaired but Dr. Drone nailed it. From initial contact to receiving the drone back, everything was very professional. I highly recommend them.

Fast delivery
My Mini 5 Pro arrived fast and the packaging was excellent. I did order the wrong screen protector…it would have been nice if when I ordered they would have mentioned the screen protector didn’t fit the controller I purchased.

Friendly/efficient staff
Friendly staff, rapid action in effecting repairs to my drone and low cost (shipping was "free" and so was return of drone).

I had a wonderful experience when visiting the store regarding issues with my DJI Mini 2. That had an expired warranty. One would assume there are no options, right? However, after one phone call with Mark, things took a positive turn. I was met with great customer service and left with a repaired drone.
