I had several Phantoms that I bought from a camera store. When I was looking for a better machine I contacted Dr. Drone in Dartmouth. It was my good fortune that Tim Isaac took my call. He has been very professional and friendly and set me up with a Mavic 3 Pro. He is alway there when I have question and I always ready to help.

Hey, Experience was great. The process was smooth. From the shipping to phone call discussing issues to repair. I work for a Power Utility FortisBC and we are diving right into the use of drones. more repairs to come as we will most likely crash more of them. Thanks

when i decided to return order
when i decided to return order , i wanted to purchased a different one instead. i was advised to wait until the returned order got delivered back to the company...then went the product was refound ,,what i wanted to purchase was not on sale anymore, but if ill get good price ill work with you again.
