Too hard and too high UNUSABLE
I bought the pillows recently used them for a few days and was crippled with upper back and neck pain they are too high and too hard unable to return due to your t&Cs as they are now used so I am £65 out of pocket with two pillows we cannot use. I bought these because of the reviews so I am extremely disappointed in them. They are now vacuum packed and on my attic as unusable

Finally
Finally, A Good Night's Sleep
Can't fault anything. From the point of ordering, to un-rolling, everything was/is spot on...Informed of my delivery, delivery drivers were great blokes. The mattress is like sleeping on a cloud, we are only 3 weeks in sleeping on it, when we get back in it of a night, it's already inflated back to original shape. My sleep has improved also. Me and my hubby love it

Great choice
So many hybrid beds advertised its picking which one, DreamCloud offered an option for a medium firmness whereas all the others seemed to be medium/firm, we had tried the latter so wanted something a bit softer in our old age. The website was easy to follow and showed all options with good explanations on each. The ordering was easy, we even got to select the date of delivery, we were kept well informed of the delivery time window, they even arrived two minutes early. The lads were shown the access, no issues, the rolled up mattress was delivered safely to the hall. No mess no fuss, polite and friendly delivery guys. Nothing degradable to say at all. Overall a great buy, so far, great price, great quality and very comfortable and cosy enough to lie back and get some zzzzzzz's

The mattress is very comfortable.
The mattress is very comfortable.
I was concerned that it would be damaged as the box it came in was a bit battered and looked like it had been opened and re-cellotaped back . However the mattress inside was hermetically sealed , plastic vacumn packed. Once opened and fully inflated it appeared undamaged apart from that one side of the mattress appears not to be totally flush inline with other layers (slight protrusion) . However the mattress itself is extremely comfortable and my sleep is much improved since aquiring

Tip Top Service and Fabulous Value
They did exactly as promised and were 50% cheaper than Dreams, 100% more efficient than them and altogether a great experience.
P.s. we only found them because of our appalling experience with Dreams Feltham (with whom we'd already bought a mattress earlier in the year), and are so grateful we did.
Many thanks.

stiff painful back…resolved !
I developed a stiff painful back problem which came on when getting out of bed in the morning. So I decided to see if a new mattress could resolve it. I researched various mattress company manufactures, watched video reviews online, and I eventual decided on DreamCloud Sleep, as they had a guarantee if the mattress did work out I could return it. After my 1st night, the next morning I awoke with no back stiffness or pain, or indeed since. I am a very happy customer and I would recommend you give them a go, you have nothing to loose.

What a great mattress!
What a great mattress! I'm really happy with my new, beautiful mattress from Dreamcloud. It was so easy to negotiate their website to find exactly what I wanted, plus, I can pay in monthly installments, so I could have it straight away. You get to choose a day for delivery and then they give you a time frame for delivery. From start to finish, it was a great experience. The mattress is so comfortable and I can honestly say, I'm having the best nights sleep ever since we got it, about 3 weeks ago.

I must first say that the mattress is excellent no problems with the product, but the courier BJS were absolutely horrendous, they were very rude and indiscreet, and on that basis I would never buy another one from Dreamcloud, all though the mattress is fantastic, unless they changed delivery courier's

A long needed upgrade
Following a brilliant holiday abroad staying at some really nice hotels with great mattresses we realised it was time for an upgrade to our existing mattress at home. We did a lot of research against competitors in the UK (SIMBA, EMMA etc) and ended up going with the luxury hybrid king szie option with a really good discount.
It's only been a month or so of use but it does give that hotel feel (without a matress topper). We're both really impressed.
