I ordered far too many items and sadly did not realise until I had exceeded the return police time frame. The company were amazing and although he still could not take them items back they did do as much as they could to make sure I was happy. The were a pleasure to deal with.

Decking meant to be delivered Wednesday. Sent a message after they had closed to say the delivery was delayed,now not being delivered until Friday. No good when landscapers are meant to be here Thursday to install and to late to notify them. Just to add to this did receive delivery on Friday.Had to chase all day long communication from the company was nonexistent. The delivery driver was brilliant and could not have been any more helpful and after a call from the after sales team Melissa who seems to acknowledge my frustration and hopefully will take these issues that I have raised forward, overall the only thing letting the company down is the logistics side. The product is also of very good quality from what I have seen of it so far.

Great price, samples box really helpful, ordering and delivery easy, and aftercare from Megan also brilliant. Highly recommended.

I ordered at the Orpington branch after some research and from sales to delivery I was informed what was going on( delivery time etc). After helping me unload the boards, I noticed a couple of boards were damaged, and the trim was wrong colour... Dropped them an email and within a few days these were delivered. Luke in CS was excellent. My deck looks great. Thank you again and I would definitely recommend Dream Decking

Good pricing (even if delivery is fairly expensive) but absolutely great after sales customer service where nothing is too much trouble and issues are instantly remedied - quite unique & very much appreciated.

I was looking to have composite decking installed at my property in Newport. I went online to search for local stockists and Dream Decking was highly recommended. I visited the Dream Decking store and spoke to Kasey who was very helpful, friendly and polite. He showed me the Composite products that were available and on offer and spent some time working out a quote for me which seemed very reasonable. Kasey even brought a sample pack of the composite products to view at my home.
Unfortunately, due to other pressing commitments I was not able to take advantage of the discounted composite products Kasey had quoted. Nevertheless, I received a further offer from Kasey's colleague Ian offering me an additional discount which again I was sadly unable to accept.
I was pleased with the service I received from Kasey and Ian at the Dream Decking store in Newport and although I did not make a purchase I would like to thank them for their curtesy and understanding.

Absolutely excellent service from beginning to end! Easy ordering process, we were regularly kept up-to-date on our order right up until delivery. Our order arrived on Thursday 14 August, all present and correct, and with no damage to anything. Ethan, the young delivery driver, was also so helpful, upbeat and cheerful. Simply cannot fault this company and would 100% recommend!

Birtley store staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Order reviewed in store and delivery date was requested to earliest date possible. All information available online within an account once registered.
Customer service team Carl, was brilliant and managed to get an additional order on the same delivery date.
Communication was very good providing text and timeslot the day before delivery.
Courier was also friendly and helpful, off loaded into garage.
Although one set of end caps received were the wrong colour, they are covered under the trim and do the job.
I am happy with the service and quality of materials, along with great staff at my local store.

The initial ordering process was made very easy by helpful staff at the Flooring Superstore in Wolverhampton. The materials were delivered at a time to suit me and the installer, Ben was superb and did everything with the utmost precision. I am really pleased with my new composite decking, balustrade and step down into the garden.

The decking was delivered on time, the price was very competitive, and the decking was brilliant. Cut well, fitted together, no problem at all, and the result looks amazing, I would definitely recommend and will be using again for my mum's garden.

The decking itself is really good quality and looks great. Must admit. Delivery of the decking however took 2 months and 5 cancelled (by the delivery department themselves) deliveries. Customer services themselves were really good, following a discussion with the fantastic assistant at the Flooring Warehouse in York and her email, the follow on from the customer services team at Dream Decking and their continued input through another cancelled delivery and subsequent delivery, I cannot recommend them enough ! Can I stress though, the decking itself is great and for the decking and excellent customer service, I would recommend Dream Decking
