My experience at dream decking was excellent. The person the dealt with us was so polite and helpful and new what he was talking about , my wife and I spoke to him as we’d known him for a long time, and as for the delivery driver he was the same so helpful friendly polite, nothing was a problem for him he asked where i would like my decking put and he put it there
I am so pleased with the service I received and will definitely be going back there when I require more flooring

Delivered on time, trim item not delivered as damaged at depo, sorted to my satisfaction even giving me an extra trim as compensation as I realised I had ordered one short. After sales was very good and I would definitely recommend Dream Decking to friends and family.

Bad service which detracts from the Decking itself.

The decking itself was good.
We ordered additional trim and dream decking cannot get the order correct.
After multiple phone calls with Dream Decking, they now wish to cancel the order and place it again with their warehouse
I have never experienced a company as disorganised as these, if the decking had not been laid it would have gone back,
We are currently awaiting a phone call from a manager.
We wish we had gone somewhere else and got it from some who stocked decking.

Avoid using these guys and deal with a company that actually stocks the decking on their site.

Excellent service from the Edinburgh store, really happy with the quality of the decking. We had a couple of damaged boards. Luke in Customer Services was brilliant. The replacements were organised the following day. I would definitely use this company again.

Dream Decking? More like a nightmare.
Placed an order with high hopes, only to be left waiting—for decking that never arrived, and for updates that never came. On delivery day: no decking, no call, no explanation. The company pointed fingers at the courier, who in turn denied having it.

It took five days to reach someone in sales, only to be told the order was missing and the only solution was to place it again. With no confidence it would arrive the second time, I went local and had it collected the very next morning.

If you’re dreaming of efficient service and reliable delivery, you might want to look elsewhere.

Update - very speedy response from Dream Decking with genuine apology and attempt to compensate for experience which was appreciated. Clearly an unfortunate mixup.

Service at Harlow excellent. Helpful sales lady was great. Accommodated later order tweaks (extra boards/edging) and all staff pleasant and knowledgable. Good quality and price.

Totally shocking from Dream Decking, they promised to deliver on Tuesday and I decided to track the delivery and it said Thursday, no prior notification of this change I had, builders ready, crane planned etc. and I was offered 10% discount take it or leave it. So I left it got a refund and went to another supplier who delivered same day on the Tuesday as needed. Shocking you can't collect and then expected to pay over a £100 pounds delivery for a 20 mile round trip.
Never again and not recommended.

Purchased some really high quality composite decking. Excellent service from the initial order all the way to delivery. Competitive prices but most importantly quality product! Highly recommend.

Great advice from the store in Kidderminster. Also the advice and technical support given by Christina. The whole ordering process went smoothly with all of the parts being delivered within a week. The delivery guy was also very helpful and efficient.

Visited the Stockport store to purchase some decking corner trim.. unfortunately they didn't have any on display but ordered some anyhow in grey. Very helpful sales person. Delivered as expected and trim is as expected and a great colour match.

Brilliant service at the shop and brilliant service on delivery. Good comms when delivery would arrive and arrived very promptly. 100% service all round. Would definitely recommend.

We went into store and placed our order as website wasn’t working, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, our order came within 2 weeks of ordering and the delivery driver was super helpful… unfortunately I can’t install yet due to an injury but looking forward to getting it down

Great experience from order to delivery, ordered for 27th dropped off 27th and delivery guy dropped full order in my back garden. So no double lifting for me. Guy was pleasant and obliging, the order was early too. Great company they said and done what they said they do with pleasant manner

We Ordered our decking with Zac at the Crewe store he was professional and very helpful. Excellent customer service!! delivery arrived on our choosen day with regular updates and friendly driver. 😀
