We travelled to the Crewe store so that we could view the decking boards. The young man who served us was extremely helpful and was happy to answer the questions that we had. They delivered as promised and in the timescale given. We would recommend them to others.

Have no issues with this company. Guys I dealt with very pleasant and helpful. Ordered anthracite grey composite decking in December 2024 knowing work wasn’t starting until March 2025. Great quality at a good price. Through no fault of the company I was 4 slats short to finish the job. Ordered the extra slats and although no stock and waited a bit longer than my original order for them to arrive happy with the product. Would use company again.

On laying out the Deck Boards ready for installation I noticed a major variation in Colour. It transpired that my order was made up of various different colours and not just Granite. I contacted Customer support and spoke via Webchat to Megan, who was excellent and very professional. issued resolve by complete up lift and redelivery of the deck boards in 2 days

Great service from the delivery driver very helpful.only had to wait 5days from the order date which was very quick would recommend them to all my friends and clients.

I placed an order for classic composite decking, and the entire process has been a nightmare from start to finish. On the first delivery attempt, the driver didn’t even wait for me to reach the gate and drove off. While I received a refund for the delivery fee, this caused unnecessary inconvenience.

The second delivery was even worse—half the order was missing. After battling with customer services to arrange delivery of the missing planks, I was told the anthracite decking I had ordered was out of stock and they had to search for four spare planks which they found. Although I was offered £60 as compensation, it didn’t even come close to covering the disruption caused.

When the remaining decking finally arrived, the situation only got worse. My contractor began laying the planks, only to discover that all but four were the wrong colour. Despite the delivery note confirming anthracite grey, the actual planks were completely mismatched. This forced the work to stop halfway, leaving me with a half-finished deck and a pile of unusable materials.

Once again, I had to contact customer services—an excruciatingly frustrating experience—to be told that anthracite grey decking was out of stock and none would be available for well over a month. I had no choice but to cancel the order, and I was assured a full refund would be processed once the items were picked up. The items have been picked up and no refund has been processed, and I’m now left with an incomplete decking project, mounting expenses, and a huge amount of stress.

Great company from start to finish. Great advice in ordering, very quick delivery with advice given by delivery driver which was helpful and quality of product. Would use again and would recommend.

Excellent customer service. Product is first class and easily fitted. Had an issue with my order being 2 boards short, but easily fixed after a call with Billy at the Glasgow Store.

I ordered online and had an issue with the payment process, so ended up phoning and completing the order over the phone with the help of a very nice gentleman. Upon unpacking the order I noticed a couple of damaged composite boards. I sent an e mail to report this, I then received a phone call from the very helpful Caroline who was more than happy to help me resolve this. I explained that I may also need some extras which Caroline was also happy to sort out for me. The replacement boards are due out for delivery to me along with the extra items I needed to order.
Positives are great customer service, a big thanks to Caroline.
Not a negative, but more of a observation is that they could really do with a more helpful installation guide and perhaps a video to help customers who want to install themselves. I have installed wooden decking in the past, but not a composite one. However I am looking forward to installing the decking which the boards look very nice, I chose the granite finish.

Order decking and balustrade few issues with fittings it was resolved quickly customer service was excellent. Had to phone Glasgow store. Salesman Gavin was extremely helpful As I am a woman on my own really didn’t know what I needed

I'm not a DIY guy but found that the product quality, from sub frame, spacers to the decking it self, made the job of laying the decking very straight forward. The point of service was great ordering all the materials needed so I wasn't running around trying to buy extra for the job.

Ordered a load of balustrade kits and posts, some had been incorrectly labelled, and so were different to the ones ordered. Despite being way over the thirty days return time. (I was slow to start the project) they sent replacements no problem received within a couple of weeks👍 dealt with very professionally. Will recommend to anyone

The customer service was excellent, we didn't get all our decking at the same time but we were kept informed every step of the way.
