I am writing to express my concern regarding the draw system. It doesn't appear transparent and feels like a potential fake, despite being allegedly approved by the Dubai government. A truly fair system, like 'Big Ticket', involves drawing tickets publicly to ensure impartiality. The current computerised process raises doubts, with prizes potentially going to family or office members, and significant wins not being distributed properly. While smaller prizes might be awarded, the lack of transparency in larger draws is concerning.I have been participating in 'Big Ticket', 'Mahzooz',Idealz, Emirates draw and even 'Dream Dubai' since 2015. It's been almost 10 years, and I have never won any prize, despite spending more than 20,000 dirhams. This entire system seems fake. I urge people to not waste their hard-earned money here but use it somewhere more useful. 'Big Ticket' was genuine, 'Mahzooz' is real, but this 'IdealZ' and 'Dream Dubai' is totally fake."

It was great experience with the Dream Dubai. I won the Nissan X Trail car and their process is very fast to deliver your prices. Really thank to Dream Dubai to full fill my dream.

​نحن كمشاركين، نقوم بدفع مبالغ مالية مقابل تذاكر رقمية، ولكن عند لحظة السحب، لا نجد آلية واضحة تضمن لنا أن أرقامنا مدرجة فعلياً داخل (وعاء القرعة) الذي نراه على الشاشة. الشفافية تتطلب وجود جهة رقابية محايدة، أو نظام تقني يتيح للمشترك التأكد من دخول رقمه في السحب المباشر. عدم وضوح هذه الآلية يضع علامات استفهام حول النتائج ويقلل من حماسنا. نرجو من إدارة البرنامج تحسين نظام العرض ليكون أكثر مصداقية ووضوحاً لضمان حقوق الجميع."

I’ve been following Dream Dubai for a while and have joined multiple campaigns, from small to big prize raffles. As someone who has actually won before in Mahzooz, I understand what genuine luck feels like, you guess the right combination, you win. Simple, transparent, and fair.
But with Dream Dubai, I’ve started noticing red flags that really make you question how “random” these raffles truly are.
For small prizes, I do believe they’re legitimate and people do seem to win. But once it gets into big prizes like lux cars or millions, something feels very off. You have no idea how many tickets are actually sold, so even if you buy dozens or hundreds, you never know your true odds chance of winning.
And here’s what really bothered me, before the end of a campaign, they suddenly slash ticket prices or multiply entries (x5, x10, etc.). It’s unfair to early buyers and makes the whole system feel manipulated to drive last-minute sales.
I joined the Mai Dubai 1M campaign and had 50 tickets every single one ended in “1.” The winning ticket ended in “2.” Coincidence? Maybe. But when I checked with friends, all their tickets ended in “1” too. What are the odds of that? I even managed to screenshot my old tickets before they disappeared from my history.
I’ll give them one last chance by joining the 300k campaign, but at this point, my confidence in Dream Dubai’s transparency is gone.
To anyone reading this please be cautious. It’s your hard-earned money. A raffle should be fair, transparent, and verifiable not something that leaves you wondering if the results were ever real in the first place.
