Dreamholidays For Travel & Tours LLC Reviews

I used Rizwan for a recent flight to Morocco and can’t fault the experience. He provided all the options quickly and efficiently. And once booked, helped with all the checking in. Thanks once again Rizwan!

Rohit is very helpful. My phone calls are answered immediately. He is very helpful and patient..His suggestions are always remarkable.keep up Rohit.

Very disappointing experience. The agency was unresponsive, provided inaccurate information, and did not handle my booking issues professionally. Communication was poor, and I felt unsupported throughout the process. I would not use this agency again.

I was looking for a flight tickets.Phoned Dream Holidays and I spoke to Sara,I gave her the dates and she found the tickets for me.Sara was very polite, answered all my questions and explained everything to me. She found me a ticket and I paid the deposit, she told me to pay the other payment when She received the ticket from Dubai even though I was worried if I was going to receive the ticket in time for the flight ,but I received the ticket in time and I made the final payment as well.Sara was the best Agent,I do appreciated her and I will buy flight tickets with her in the near future and thank you once again Sara.

Hi we had a lovely agent called Sara who has dealt with with our flights and been very helpful indeed . We will definitely use dream holidays in the future

I got a very good deal on ticket prices. Jamal was very helpful throughout the process. There was some delay in issuing the tickets but they kept the same deal even after the war started.

was hesitant at first to proceed because alot of scams around but zain really walked me through the entire process and explained everything and kept me updated every step of way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! will definitely refer him to my family and friends.

The travel agent Ayesha Omar is excellent in helping me to get the best plane ticket

First class service from Ayaan. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends

Top Marks for Sara. One the best and most professional travel advisors I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Her customer service is the best and was considerate of all of my needs and requirements. I’ve booked two trips now with this agency and will likely continue to do so in future. I highly recommend!

Well organised, polite Zain

Dishonest travel agent! Outrageous behaviour.
Paid for round trip ticket.
Issued an e-ticket showing both flights.
On day of travel was told that I had to travel the next day due to an issue with the airline. I called the airline- no issue with the airline and they confirmed that there was no seat booked for me.
Travelled the next day.
For inbound flight was told that due to the conflict in the Middle East that the flight date had to change due to rescheduling of flight. Called airline- flight was going ahead.
Asked airline why I had been moved off the flight. Airline said no seat had been booked!
Travel agent denies all of this and stands by the falsified e-ticket that they issued. Consequence of this. I had to purchase a separate over priced one-way ticket to get back home. Which cannot be supported by my travel insurance as no flight was booked in the first place.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Emma as my travel agent. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for.
Emma’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and tried to ensure every aspect of the journey was enjoyable. Her passion for travel truly shine through in her work. I couldn’t have asked for a better travel agent, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a seamless and memorable trip.

I have been booking flights with Dream Holidays for more than a year now and I have had excellent service from this company, especially from Zain the Senior Travel Consultant who has gone out of his way to find me flights at very reasonable prices.

Zain has kept us informed during a difficult period with the Middle East problems
Our flights to Sydney eventually got approval after nearly 6 weeks waiting after paying half of the cost of the flights, so was a bit worrying
So hats off to Zain who has done a great job
Thankyou
