What made my experience was taking to
Ayesha Omar. This lady was very polite and could understand every word she said. Ayesha guided me through everything. What a pleasure it was speaking to this lady Ayesha Omar is a credit to the company I could not thank her enough for everything she had done for me everything was as smooth as it could have been. Many thanks Ayesha

My husband had flown to Malaysia to visit family, flying via Doha. And because of the conflict in the middle east his flights have been cancelled. So then came the task of trying to rebook flights. As an agency they could in theory say "well you can contact the airline yourselves" but no, they have gone the extra mile , in particular Rimsha, who has been exceedingly kind and is in the process of arranging new flights. For which i will be eternally grateful. A big thank you to Rimsha and all the staff!!

I have booked to go to Australia, I have been dealing with a very polite young man called Zain, nothing is too much trouble for him, he found me the best deal for my needs, talked through every step of the process, answering all my questions, putting my mind at ease, reassuring me that everything was legit and I could look forward to my holiday.
He is a man of his word and has come through for me with not only flying colours but golden.
If you need help with anything at Dream Holidays, ask for Zai, he is in my opinion a true gentleman and knows his job.
Well done Zain, couldn't have done this without you.thankyou.

I contacted Mr Zain regarding a holiday trip to India, and I was referred to him by a friend who had received an excellent deal through his services. Mr Zain listened carefully to all my requirements and queries, explored multiple airline options as requested, and secured the best possible deal with my preferred airline.
I am extremely satisfied with his professionalism and friendly service, and I look forward to our family trip to India. I will certainly return to Mr Zain for future holiday arrangements.

Thank you Adam.

The service was excellent, with flexible payment options. The follow-up was prompt and included a comprehensive update.

Do not use! RIP off will offer you the worst hotel and flight options. Will then sell you something else at almost double the original price. Not worth it please do not use

Competitive prices and great customer service, 100% recommend Sana. She is very patient and accommodating
