I just wanted to let you know how much we LOVE our Dreamsofa. It is incredible and everything we asked for! We could not have asked for a better experience. We thank you for your assistance (Marissa was incredible!) and patience throughout the process. You truly gave us the sofa of our dreams!

I recently acquired two couches in the same price range: one from Dream Sofa, and one from a competitor (both Made in USA, custom).

First, about the product. The Dream Sofa not only boasts more features (a true sleeper), it is objectively better built with better materials. I am exacting when it comes to what I buy and from whom. The couch feels like it will well withstand the test of time, kids, pets and my habitual nighttime routine that involves a lot of couch time after being heavily active all day.

Second, about the service. The delivery of both sofas occurred in about the same manner, only, The Dream Sofa incurred a small bit of damage to the feet during moving. These things happen. But what I could have never expected is that upon contacting Dream Sofa they IMMEDIATELY took responsibility and action. They did not have to, but they did. I had someone lined up to come repair it within a day thanks to Karla C.

Honestly, so many companies are having trouble with customer service right now and this is by far the best experience I have had with ANY customer service person across ANY industry.

Now…the competitor sofa company? I could hardly get through to them to find out when it would be coming which leaves me really hoping I never have an issue with the product itself (which, with the lesser build quality and material, I suspect I will and dealing with them will probably be a doozy).

The choice is clear if you’re in the market for a sofa of incredible, enduring quality, built to your specifics and supporting USA-made manufacturers. Get a Dream Sofa.

My new sofa is just beautiful! I love the shape and the color. The Marseilles style and the fabric and the petite size are just perfect. I spent some time on it this afternoon, and so did my cat. The WAVE cushions felt firmer than I expected at first, but Veronica assured me they would relax with use and that is already happening. My first guest to try the sofa sleeper will be here later this month.

Thank you to Marissa and Veronica and your entire team for all your help and quick responses with the process of selecting, measuring, choosing fabric and sending multiple swatches, ordering, building and delivering the couch. I am pleased with my sofa and my experience and I recommend Dream Sofa to others.

I have a beautiful new sofa!
After many months trying to find the right style, size, and upholstery material, I chose the Turin sofa with Hepburn Teal upholstery and Espresso legs. Everyone was helpful during the process. Kiara, Veronica, and Karla took care of everything. Karla helped me with a small issue with the legs after delivery. She made sure I had the correct legs sent to me within a week. The sofa builder/creator sent the legs right away. She followed up to make sure I received them. All is well. Charlotte T.

Love our new Antalya Sectional. We just received our custom sectional from DreamSofa, and I am absolutely thrilled. We've been looking around for a couple of months and checked out the usual suspects - West Elm, Pottery Barn, Room and Board, HD Buttercup, and RH. Nothing was just right for our space due to limitations on sizing and fabric, and we needed more modifications. We instantly loved Antalya and to my surprise every aspect could be customized down to the exact size and orientation. I'm honestly shocked by the incredible level of customization DreamSofa offers.

I'll be honest we were a bit anxious about buying online, but their team was incredible. I worked with Marissa and Amanda, and they helped go through their performance fabrics, and particularly indispensable in helping us modify the comfort level. We went with the Plush, which is their new comfort with an innerspring system built inside and wrapped in memory foam - it's like sinking into a cloud, but still supportive, which is why we thought it would work great for us. We just had our first slumber party on it, and it's incredible. The craftsmanship is impeccable, and kids and the fam are raving. The Royale fabric not only looks gorgeous but also super soft. It's a perfect blend of luxury and practicality.

I rarely write reviews but I thought I should because my experience with Dream Sofa has been horrible. I bought a Brussels couch and two chairs. Upon delivery, the couch was defective (problem #1). I called Dream Sofa twice to inform them of the problem - no answer (problem #2). The delivery driver contacted his manager who informed us that they had to bring the couch back (problem #3) according to their protocol. I learned later that it contradicts Dream Sofa’s return policy.

Great! I have two chairs and a couch soon to follow - except it didn’t. Three times the couch was scheduled for redelivery and three times the shipping company canceled (problem #4).

Don’t get me wrong, I love my chairs more than I expected. Unfortunately, this company partnered with the absolute worst shipping vendor. Additionally, the follow up care that should proactively keep the client updated about the order is just as disappointing as the shipping company. This company is not ready to provide nationwide service.

Just avoid Dream Sofa and their shipping contractors, Deliver Right and LEXpress at all costs.

12/17/23 Update: And the problem is solved. Since this posting, I received my couch, its repair, and a small bit of compensation.

Again, I love the furniture. It’s beautiful beyond words. I am also happy that my complaint was taken seriously. This time I didn’t have to keep chasing people to find out what was happening. DreamSofa and their shipping partner kept me informed throughout the process.

If you choose to use DreamSofa and come across a similar problem, just keep the furniture. Our repairman was extremely skilled, punctual, and pleasant to have onsite. No worries there.

Everyone there is very nice, the product is very sub par and the warranty means nothing. I wasted $2000 on a crappy chair no better than what you can find at wal-mart

Two things. When I originally ordered my sofa, I didn’t realize the size I selected limited me to a double bed and by mistake I ordered a queen mattress. I received a proactive phone call explaining this and the order was modified. Nice to see someone was paying attention.

Second item was delivery. I live in a very rural area and the delivery company had issues with delivery. Karla was the intermediary who made sure my delivery went smoothly. It wasn’t easy as I couldn’t get in touch with the delivers directly. Karla kept me informed daily with phone calls, text and emails. And when I was frustrated she stayed calm and polite and got the job done. I appreciated that she made sure to stay on top of this and even followed up after the delivery.

And the couch is beautiful, extremely well made in America and we love it!

These sofas are gorgeous! I purchased 3. There was an issue with one and Karla was amazing. She quickly and effectively resolved the issue for me! Dreamsofa.com makes an amazing quality product. I do highly recommend.

Our Calgary Sofa Sleeper with the Prisma Hydrate fabric is definitely a WOW!!
WONDERFUL quality, looks amazing in our family room and already passed the wine spill test.
OUTSTANDING customer service and follow up. Ordered the Dream foam style mattress that turned out to be not your typical memory foam and only 4” in depth which was a little on the thin side for two medium sized adults. I contacted the Dream Team about this was quickly addressed. I received a memory foam topper which made all the difference.
WILL most definitely use Dream Sofa again and have all ready recommended them others.

Great quality product, offered in a variety of styles & fabrics. It did not disappoint. All the staff that I interacted with were exceptional, particularly Karla, who went above & beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Bravo!

We purchased a custom Alton after a friend recommended DreamSofa to us. Sofa was beautiful and felt very well made, but after a few days we realized it wasn’t deep enough for our main family room couch. Karla was super responsive and great in helping us through the process of designing something that would better fit our needs. She helped coordinate with their in-house design team to customize a new version of the Alton that is exactly what we need.

I bought my custom-made Bordeaux sectional chaise in their beautiful blush velvet back in February of this year. Marissa was amazing and super fun to work with, and I had fun surveying their fabric and swatches with her. The couch itself is holding up great, and I am in love with its rich color and fabric. Because we customized the chaise size I was a bit nervous because I couldn't see a picture of the end result. However, I trusted the process and the outcome is nothing short of spectacular. My only qualm is that I should have made the chaise area a little longer, otherwise it's been a beautiful addition to my home and living room. Thanks, Marissa for all your help. :)

Longtime lurker, first time poster here. I just couldn't stay silent after living with my Dreamsofa sectional for over two years. As a point of reference, I'm a mom with three energetic kiddos.

Firstly, let's talk design and aesthetics. I opted for the Royale fabric, and the Wave comfort level? It's akin to sinking into a soft embrace every single time I lounge.

Received mine in about 5 weeks, and it genuinely outshone the website pictures, and that says a lot.

Durability? My three little ones use it as a makeshift trampoline, and, against all odds, it stands strong. Spills? Messes? All easily managed because, the covers are washable. A lifesaver for any mom out there.

I also add the Chaise to one side of our sectional so we can curl up with the kids during movie night. Having owned the sectional for a smidge over 2 years, it's safe to say it's held up remarkably. No signs of wear, tear, or sagging. The fabric feels as new as the day it arrived. And the chaise? Hands down the best decision. It's turned into my sanctuary for wine nights and binge-watching session with the kids.

In conclusion, if you're hemming and hawing about Dreamsofa, consider this your glaring green light. It's been worth every cent and has transformed my living space.

I bought two sofas from them. The sofas were fair . . . not great not awful. The customer experience, however, was beyond awful. Their delivery agents were downright crooks, and ended up holding my (already paid-for) sofas hostage until they could extract a few hundred extra dollars based on spurious arguments. I would never ever deal with them again, and consider yourselves warned.
