Furniture takes a very long time to be delivered, especially in rural areas. My sectional is sitting at the delivery hub for 4 weeks while they wait to get enough freight for a run to my area. I would not order from them again because it will have taken 4 or more months to get the furniture.

The first order was a sectional. After waiting for months with no updates, we finally reached out them asking about the order status and they finally told us the fabric we had selected was out of stock. They never told us. They just let us sit there waiting for months. No email, no call, nothing. By the time we found out, the delay was so bad I tried to cancel the order entirely. They offered a $500 discount to keep me.

I gave them another chance and ordered a Buden Bed in January 2026. Their last update estimated shipping the week of April 13th. It's now late April, no shipping confirmation, no proactive update, nothing. Once again, I had to reach out to find out what's going on and it has been three days since we emailed them. Still, zero response.

The customer experience is really frustrating. The estimates they give you don't seem to mean anything, and when there's an issue, like your fabric being unavailable, they don't tell you. You're just left in the dark wondering where your order is.

I genuinely don't understand how this works as a business. If you're going to sell handmade, made-to-order furniture with long lead times, that's fine, but then give realistic timelines, communicate problems when they happen, and keep your customers informed. Don't quote a ship date and then go silent when you blow past it. Twice.

Would be hard to order a third time.

We love this sofa. It’s comfortable, durable, stylish, well built. Now that we’ve found Medley, we might be lifers!

We have had a really positive experience with Medley overall and would absolutely recommend them, especially if you care about non-toxic, thoughtfully made furniture.

Our Rio corner sectional has been the standout. We took a bit of a leap getting a white couch right before having a baby, and now with a toddler and a dog, it has held up incredibly well. It’s easy to maintain with regular vacuuming, occasional machine washing, and even a pretty impressive save after a blue marker incident (everything came out with some help from our little green machine)! Beyond durability, I really value knowing the materials are natural and safe for our home. That was a huge priority for us.

The coffee tables are also beautiful and clearly well crafted. The only thing to note is that the finish is very light, so they do pick up marks more easily. That said, they still look great and it hasn’t been a major issue for us.

Our bed frame is similarly high quality and aesthetically really nice, though I will say the corners are quite sharp, which makes it a little less kid-friendly than I would ideally like.

Overall, Medley makes gorgeous, well-built furniture with a strong focus on healthy materials. There are a few small trade-offs depending on your lifestyle, but for us, the quality and peace of mind have absolutely been worth it.

I hate my couches. I bought two and paid a pretty penny after doing ALL the research ahead of time and ordering fabric swatches. I rubbed the swatches on my dogs to see how bad their hair stuck, took a fork to them to test snags, and talked to customer service about pillows since my dogs like to perch. The pillows are not heavy as they insisted and after a couple months of use look horrible. The fabric has snags and I can't keep the performance fabric clean to save my life. I thought I was making a good purchase but now I regret every penny I spent.

This couch is exactly as advertised! When the shipping company damaged it, Medley took care of all of the accommodations to get it fixed. We're so happy with how it was all handled!

The Gio sofa is amazing, quite firm compared to what we’re used to, but I prefer the support it gives. It’s been about six weeks and everything is holding it shape beautifully, cushions are starting to soften up a tad, which my husband prefers. We ordered it in the Willow Chenille Slate color, small spills clean up easily with sponge and soapy water. I would absolutely purchase from Medley again. The delivery company they used (Metropolitan) was professional and I’m not kidding when I say this sofa is ridiculously heavy, and the guys had to bring it through two different rooms to fit it around the doorway, and they were wonderful.

I love the look of the Kaydan chair and am pleased with the color and texture of the Larkspur Cypress textile. I wound up adding a second pillow, to achieve optimal comfort, and am super happy with the result. Customer service was a pleasure to work with.

The staf are great, they help you when needed and it's in the centre of Groningen.

I really like this couch that I purchased in an off-white, cream color. It is ridiculously heavy, so that is a sign of good quality. There is no chemical smell, or chemical residue. It is super comfortable - for sleeping too! Yes, it is expensive, and yes it took awhile for it to get here, but it was worth it! When I called to order it, I found the person on the other end to be thoughtful, helpful and kind. I was able to bounce off all my ideas and get feedback from her. I also appreciate the founder reaching out to me at one point. I understand why companies want to grow, but I find small companies to be the best in most things.

We love our sofa so much. The quality is very good and it's comfortable yet firm. We have washed the covers a few times and they have always turned out perfectly. A durable and well-made piece! Highly recommend.

We love our new couch from Medley! We waited years to buy a couch because we wanted something that was made from natural materials and would last a long time! My whole family loves the couch! Comfortable and beautiful. Thank you folks at Medley for building something that we will love for decades!

We’re loving our plush sofa! It’s super comfy, both lounging out or sitting up. The white glove delivery was so nice since even the cushions are super heavy, which helps make it feel so good. There was no odor or off-gassing, which was our ultimate desire.
I’d shopped high-end boutique furniture stores for a chaise sofa in our town, even though they were made in the USA, their Okeo-tex offerings were minimal and not that appealing. Their linen or cotton offerings were not organic and were coated with mystery stuff and they were super pricey. I was nervous about purchasing a sofa online, yet the Medley offerings were higher eco quality and much lower price.

I was nervous to buy a couch online without testing it in person, but we were committed to getting something that was as natural and non-toxic as possible. This couch has met all our expectations. It’s so comfortable and spacious. The color is vibrant and the construction seems solid. Totally worth it.

My husband and I did a TON of research to find the perfect couch for our house, and the Lala Bumper Sectional couldn't be more perfect for what we were looking for! My house has an open living and kitchen floorplan, and I wanted a sectional that was cozy enough for my husband and I to lounge together but also seated at least 5-6 people for when we had guests over. The size was incredibly important for us since our living room is small, so I didn't want the couch to devour the space. We ended up going with the 109" size and chose leather for ease of cleaning and for an elevated look and opted for extra plush for extra coziness. I was also wanting a couch that was made sustainably with as little PFAs as possible and Medley kept coming up as an option in my research. While the price tag was higher than what we initially wanted to pay, knowing that this would be a couch that we'd want to last for a long time and had everything we wanted helped us make the decision.

The couch itself is sooooo comfy and fits so perfectly in our living room! My husband and I fight for the lounge spot, but even the edges are cozy. The only qualm I have is that the arm is really short, so I need to add extra pillows for support and we haven't figure out yet how to take out liquid stains yet (mostly from laziness but I know Medley has care instructions that we just need to follow). But it's one of my favorites pieces to lounge in after a long day at work. The overall quality is high tier and I'm confident this couch will last us a long time. We've had it for about 5 months so far and no issues as of yet. I highly recommend this couch to anyone who is looking for optimal coziness and sizing!

Just received my Zavis sofa and I am really pleased. And relieved! I am sensitized to VOCs and have a lot of trouble buying furniture. I chose the natural latex foam & wool cushions with mahonia denim upholstery and there was no off-gassing at all. This was my main reason for buying from Medley and it has worked out great. I like the look of the sofa, also have the chair and ottoman in this line.

Can't say enough about the Rio Plush from Medley. Excellent build quality, very comfortable sit. For years, we went through a parade of low-end couches, all made overseas, none of which lasted more than a few years due to poor construction and materials. This is what American made-to-order feels like.

I’ve had this couch for about four months now. We bought the natural latex with a basic gray covering. I had a really uncomfortable Lazy brand one for five years that I never felt the same as it did when we sat on it in the show room.
I was hesitant about buying a couch online from a company I hadn’t heard of, but apparently made great couches and had an excellent warranty. I saw Medley Home had a trial period and did some independent research on the latex they use and its quality plus non toxic. Even though it was a little pricier than I had initially thought I would spend, now that we’ve gotten the couch I think it’s worth every penny!
Delivery: I actually got my couch in about it six weeks. White glove delivery service was excellent and my couch was set up for me fast.
Quality: the couch is nice and wide and insanely comfortable. The foam is cushiony enough to sleep on but still supportive. And the fabric seems to be great quality. I don’t mind that it sits a tad closer to the floor because it’s definitely a relaxing, sprawl out sort of couch.
It also helps that I have a more narrow but open living/dining room with a vaulted ceiling and it fits perfectly in that space. I really love it. My husband and I sometimes look over at each other and say “this is such a comfy couch. I did good,” while we’re relaxing on it. Because I did research for weeks and agonized over this decision. I did not want to be stuck with another uncomfortable couch and my husband was so sick of talking about it. It was all worth it in the end. Comfiest couch ever.

What made my experience great with Medley was the responsiveness. The time frame of delivery of the couch I originally ordered got delayed, and I found that frustrating, but I understood that companies like Medley, who aim for sustainability and are smaller than large furniture companies inevitably run into delays. I needed a couch for my family's visit during xmas 2023 and I asked if there were other couches from the returned section. I ended up purchasing a returned Mota Sofa (instead of the Rio I had ordered) and while I had hesitations about a returned couch I went with it.

It has been 1 year and this couch gets every day use by me, my husband and our two small dogs. The couch is beautiful and we are happy to make this purchase. What I was interested in buying is something made with care and good craftsmanship and you can tell by looking at the frame and the couch fabric and cushions. So the wait for me was worth it.

Very happy with the Rio Plush couch. Great quality, finish detail and comfortable. The wait was all worth it. Customer service is great as well very responsive both by email and phone. Can’t wait to order the ottomans.
