Driftwood Home Improvements Reviews

Had a really good experience from start to finish. From the initial enquiry, had a really friendly and helpful home visit, where the process was explained, quote given and kept in touch to let me know of progress made. I ended up changing my plans to add doors being replaced to the original quote, it was very easy and they couldn’t have been more accommodating.
Darren was very knowledgeable and discussed all options and was thorough with the measurements, had everything fitted very well, they were great at keeping me updated with delivery/fitting dates and were able to work around my schedule. Any small little niggles or questions were addressed immediately and I have been impressed by the after-fitting service.
Fensa and warranty certificates were also delivered promptly.
Grateful to the entire team for a fantastic job, thank you!

Really happy with my new front door. We had various quotes from a number of suppliers and Driftwood were the best value. It’s also great supporting local businesses. I requested a specific install date and they were able to meet the request without any issues. Each member of the team were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely recommend for anyone needing new doors or windows. Thanks again!

We have had work done previously byDriftwood, guttering fascias and windows. We didnt hesitate to go back to them for the tiled warm roof system.
Our conservatory has always been extremely hot in the summer heat and cold in the winter. So we only used it a few weeks of the year!!
We are very impressed with our lovely new conservatory, our one concern was that we would lose a lot of light. However driftwood explained that there would be minimal light loss and were very reassuring.
They were absolutely spot on , the light loss is minimal, we still have a nice bright conservatory. The new roof is like a pitch, roof , so inside the conservatory there is more height and the ceiling once plastered painted white.
It really is wonderful, we chose to have larger windows one side, so we could enjoy the view, the other 2 sides have windows with smaller fanlight windows. We chose plastic type window sills , to cut down on painting, easier to look after.
It has transformed the space , it feels more like a room we can enjoy sitting in all year round.Even in this extended heatwave we have noticed a difference in the temperature, comfortable to sit in now.
Driftwood team are, reliable and their workmanship excellent. The team very polite and friendly
We highly recommend them and will use them to replace our remaining few old windows.
Just waiting delivery now of our new conservatory furniture , No more using the conservatory just to dry washing
Many thanks all of you at Driftwood.

A perfect service from initial contact to final installation.

Had a new front door fitted today by Ben, in sweltering heat, but he was cool and calm and industrious throughout. Excellent job with clean and tidy work. A friendly and communicative person who kept me informed about everything done. Ben also quickly fixed a faulty conservatory door which was most welcome. His professional attitude and work ethic makes me confident to consider possible further work with Driftwood.

We had Ben round to fit our new front door. Every interaction we have had with Driftwood Home Improvements has been positive. Ben did a great job and left the place clean and tidy.

I've had a very good experience with Driftwood and would happily recommend them. They made me feel comfortable from the initial meeting. The whole team worked well together, the windows and doors are great, no mess left. I was really impressed with the whole process. Thank you to Charlie and the team

I had a welsh man attend my mother's address, asking her if she wanted a quote on windows. when my mother who is 83 years old told him she didn't want a quote and that he shouldn't be knocking her door as she had a no cold caller sticker clearly visible on her door, the man became abusive and volatile. it has really upset my mother has made her fearful to answer the door to people now. if this how driftwood operates to the elderly then i urge people to stay away from them!! cold callers shouldn't be allowed in this day and age.

We had seven windows installed by Ben. The care to detail and the high standard of finish he did was excellent. He cleared away any mess and left it extremely tidy. A very professional company which I recommend highly.

I had five first floor windows and a front door fitted.
Charlie initiated the transaction visiting my property to discuss requirements and to give a quote.
Two days later Darren came round and provided me with a survey and gave experienced advice. He also gave me a call later after he had spoken to the supplier giving me window opening options.
The fitters, Luke and Reggie arrived on time and were very courteous and presentable. They worked through what was probably the hottest days we've had in the last fifty years. Their work was very professional and attention to detail was evident. After each shift they tidied up the work area and disposed of any rubbish.
I really cannot recommend these guys enough.

Friendly service. Excellent work. Really pleased with the job done. We will use them when we need anything else sorting

Does what is says in the tin! Always a bit nervous with window companies. But can't complain, cheers chaps 👍

Finally a company who puts their customers first. No request too much. All the patience and expertise you’d expect for a home improvement company. Excellent communication through emails, texts and calls. Would use again and recommend to all my friends and family. Thanks Charlie and team!

Called DHI after bad experience with a presumed Door and Window replacement Company. Had seen their local FB ads and felt confident with them as soon as I had booked my consultation. Great service from beginning to end. Had a beautiful secure new front door within 5 weeks. Wish I had gone to them in the first instance. Would greatly recommend. Thank you DHI. Will certainly be using for all future requirements.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough! Their attention to detail, offers of advice and competitive pricing was very helpful during purchase.
Their staff were most friendly, polite, tidy during installation and afterwards. They produced an excellent product. Most grateful for the support and interest extended by the management also the ability to keep thier customers well informed of progress of the ordes.

Had new front door and side door fitted. Can't fault this company. From start to finish the process has been faultless. No pressure, no heavy sales pitch. Honest, up front, reliable, and efficient and professional installation, and I am just thrilled with my new doors.

Outstanding. Two doors replace and it’s as if they’d never been. The initial visit and quote was seamless with no sales pressure from Charlie. The fitters came along and did a cracking job, I can’t fault them. All in all an easy stress/hassle free service. I’d definitely use them again.
