I’m fairly new to Drip Shop Live, but even as a newcomer, it didn’t take long to see what sets this platform apart from similar ones\. The community and the streamers are incredibly helpful, friendly, and supportive, and I’ve never once felt unwelcome\.

There are tons of fun giveaways, a huge marketplace, and plenty of opportunities to get involved\. What really stands out is that it genuinely feels like they care about their community and actually listen to and value everyone’s input and recommendations\.

The app is pretty easy to use, and they offer just about every payment option you could ask for\.

Honestly, Drip Shop Live feels like a mix of YouTube, eBay, and your favorite college football forum all rolled into one — with exciting live card rips on top of it\. It’s a fun, interactive community that’s easy to get hooked on.

I recently discovered Drip & I must say they are super receptive to any support! I need help with a shipment and they fulfilled it & kept me updated.

Being constructive upon the cards I received. Very good condition. The wait for the mail process was minimal.

I love dripshop! It's so easy to buy and rip packs! I can even resell them on the site! And if I want the cards I just mail them to myself, it's great! I highly recommend!! My friends and I all use dripshop!

I’ve been dealing with an ongoing account access issue since early June that has completely stalled my ability to retrieve my own property. My account was placed under restriction, and despite my repeated attempts to reach customer service and follow their requested verification steps, communication from their team has completely dried up.
After silence to my emails, their rep Michael responded to a support message on discord and when I gave my information to get help, they kicked me from their discord server which is appalling behavior to me. To me, it appears their support handles things immaturely and have very large egos where they have the right to do whatever they want and always be right, especially since I only want what I PAID FOR. I hope this all comes to light soon since knowledge is important for consumers.
To make matters worse, the official legal email address provided in their terms bounced back as non-existent. I am currently unable to access or ship over $1000 worth of physical graded cards that I fully own and paid for, which are sitting in their vault.
I’m leaving this review in hopes that someone on their leadership team will finally take ownership, reach out, and help me get my inventory shipped to my address and to help users before they get caught in a similar situation.
Because every direct avenue has been ignored or blocked, I am now forced to escalate this matter through state regulatory agencies and the court system to recover my property. If you choose to try this platform, do a small test run first to confirm you can actually withdraw and receive your items, rather than risking hundreds of your dollars and ending up wasting time and money on going to court like me.

I don't recommend buying from this place. I bought instant packs and confirmed I wanted to have two items shipped. They created the shipping label May 6th and it has not moved in 10 days as of writing this review. I've reached out to support multiple times and they've failed to give me an ETA and just kept saying the items will be shipped out soon.

I used this service because I follow a YouTuber that puts his packs on here but I will NEVER give this platform my money ever again. You're better off buying off eBay or other sites that ACTUALLY give you your item.

Terrible ordered red Jordan 6s on May 1st which was never delivered. Then there's no way to contact the merchant. When I go on the Shops website they keep telling me a label was created but my shoes haven't been shipped. But they took my money and haven't given me a refund

i ripped the slab packs and got a couple big hits. got the cards in less than a week, good packaging. will be back, had better luck than other sites..

Drip does not treat thwir community or streamers very well. The did a mass wipe of there streamers with no noticed, no reasoning just cut the atreamers off and held their funds. The platform is also very buggy. It seams like the creator doesnt really care about the community at all.

Zero customer service or support, takes days for them to get back to you then doesn’t fix the issue. Don’t hold streamers accountable for anything. “Customer is Always WRONG. Buyer beware!! Stick with Whatnot in my own. *** I’m a customer who spent an easy $20-40k a year on drip but I will not be spending my money on drip anymore.

Feels a lot like a fair scam. I'm not talking about the mystery pack element, I mean everything else. A lot of what you'd assume is how things work just isn't.

The sell back system makes you think you can get money from your item, but they don't tell you you can only exclusively sell back for store credit with them.

Want to get your thing shipped to you? Gotta pay even more for that. More than you should have to.

The worst thing, don't expect to get what you won in the mail. I won a few sealed 2 pack blisters of ascended heroes. Mail finally came and it was 4 loose packs.

Accidentally bought something "vaulted?" Now it's an extreme hassle to get your item. I still haven't gotten mine.

The mystery pack system is just gambling so it's whatever but everything else is so scummy that I don't want to participate anymore

Overall I think the app is unique and an interesting way to get cards and slabs for your collection. I haven’t really gone into the live streams but I’ve gotten good PSA slab pulls from a variety of packs. I’ve sold some back, traded a couple with other people online, and have had some shipped out. Never had any problems with any of these features. I’ve also opened booster packs at home that I’ve pulled, and have gotten some hits. It’s a different opportunity to get cards in different ways (especially graded) without bidding against other people or having to be available for live shows. You can also support creators and sellers you like and find themed packs that fit you as a collector.

Had good luck on the Instant Packs. Cards shipped quick & securely. Love the work they're doing to grow.

Horrible service. Criminal organization that will take your money and never ship your product. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP OR ANY SELLERS.

I didn’t even purchase anything and I was fraudulently charged. I got the app and signed up for a free giveaway… now I’ve had to report the charges and get a new credit card

Packs gekauft, und die Mystery Slab wieder verkauf. Geld kann ich nicht abziehen, ich kann auch keine weiteren Packs/Einzelslabs kaufen, da ich für jede Transaktionen Gebühren zahlen muss. Die Gebühren werden nicht mit dem Guthaben bezahlt sondern vom Bankkonto eingezogen...

Before I start, I want to make it clear that my issues are not with the sellers — they’ve been great. My problems are entirely with the Dripshop. live app and its management.

The support team is utterly useless. They take weeks to reply, only to send the same “Sorry for the delay, we’re looking into this issue” message, and then close your case without fixing anything.

The instant pack pricing is completely inaccurate — I’ve seen $9 cards listed as being worth $55. They also have a “free currency” called Driplets, which worked fine at first, but then they inflated the prices of everything and even started removing Driplets from my account.

The app is full of bugs, and getting any real support is impossible. Even their own in-house shop is terrible — they shipped my package damaged and only gave me $15 in credit when the value dropped by at least $25.

Promo codes don’t work, they promote shady sweepstakes, and they send false notifications about “new features” that don’t exist.

Overall, the app feels like it’s been abandoned by anyone who actually cares about customers. I strongly recommend staying away until they fix their system and start treating users fairly.
