Our experience has been nothing short of outstanding.

My Partner Tyler, travelled here for gastric sleeve surgery, and I came for a hair transplant. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single member of the team made us feel genuinely cared for.

The surgeons were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us complete confidence throughout the process. The nurses were absolutely amazing. They were kind, patient, attentive, and always there whenever we needed anything, day or night. Even with the language barrier at times, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and understood.

The hospital itself was modern, spotless, and very well organised. Every part of our care felt safe, efficient, and personalised. We never felt like just another patient. We truly felt that the staff cared about our recovery and wellbeing.

Tyler’s gastric sleeve surgery went smoothly, and the support he received during recovery was exceptional. My hair transplant experience was equally positive, and I felt well looked after every step of the way.

i traveled to turkey I went for my gastric sleeve back in may 2026 cant believe the changes ive had in 2 n half months . Dr dogan and his team are unbelievable greeted me with open arms the nurses were perfect .. buse is the best shes always available any time I would recommend anyone to go there take the 1st step it will definitely change your life

This company isn’t very good at all. I do not recommend!! Hardly anyone came to assist me with anything. No one would speak to me or wait for a translator. The nurses were very rude.

I can home with surgical complications and they told me it was ‘normal’. No I have a gaping hole in my stomach that won’t heal properly ever. Have to constantly have antibiotics and packed and dressed.

From the transfers, to the hospital staff, from the wonderful Kylie and nurses to Kerem, Buse & esp dearest Dr Mahmut Dogan, I really felt looked after, can’t thank this team enough!! Best in the bizz!

Dr Doug’s. Was recommended by a work colleague, and the recommendation did not disappoint. From arrival at airport, transfers, accommodation and care everything was outstanding. The team are all professional, providing care and expertise throughout journey. Aftercare is excellent also as they will reply to you promptly. I have absolutely no regrets, wish I had know about this amazing team sooner.

I was well taken care by the hospital staff. Dr Dogan also make daily check ups on me. The facilities is top level. My hotel is top level. My transportation arrangement from/to airport is top level. My dietitian is always on top of me making sure i comply. I felt safe while in Turkey. I am very greatful for the experience and i recommend it to anyone who is looking at this area.

Amazing experience from first contact arriving at airport to hospital to hotel, going home & 3 years down the line I still have Kareem keeping in touch as does the dietitian.

Nothing was any hassle I have recommended this dr to so many others & have not heard of anyone that has had anything but a positive experience.

Only regret I had was not going sooner my life has completely changed for the better, fitter, healthiest I have ever been & so much happier.

"Iam truely Grateful for the transformation that has happened in my life since travelling to Istanbul my life & health has changed for the better. A process of researching for over a year & a half, pros & cons of everything. It's good to prepare yourself mentally before having such a procedure & reading reviews before making such a big decision.
One I don't regret at all I'm 54 yrs of age & had my surgery done in Jan 2026 travelling with my Husband. Carrying a weight of 122kilos today now 18th of June I currently sit at 85kilos. Which I haven't been since in my 20s for me personally I was struggling for years with bloating, body pains, hot flushes, tiredness allot due to Menopause since 43 yrs of age, my greatest appreciation of Baiatric Surgery is that all my symptoms are knowlonger hindering my day to day life. I am happier, healthier & able to feel comfortable again in my own skin.
Understanding that my old stomach took 54 yrs of habits of eating if you see it like I have you have a new baby stomach given to you a new start so be mindful it is different rather you being in charge of your stomach your stomach is now in control of you & what you put in it.
I have no hesitation on referring Dr Mahmut Dogan & his wonderful team, the standard of service & the Hospital is of High standards, making it easier for yourself Google translator makes life much easier for all to communicate. Hotel/Airport pick ups & drop off's are what makes it even more of a draw card not to mention after care communications with the Kerem makes it all worth while.
There is know where else that can give you the whole package for such a more sensible price hence why we went.

I’m now 3 and a half years post op from having gastric sleeve done by Dr.Dogan. Feel fabulous and no regrets of having it done. Still have maintained with my weight after this time. Have much more energy and better quality of life. Definitely recommend.
