I underwent the Cosmelan peel treatment for melasma/pigmentation at the Dr MediSpa in Knightsbridge with the lovely Mariana's guidance. Mariana has been absolutely incredible all the way through this process. After spending nearly a year and a small fortune having glass laser toning treatments at a highly reputable Korean clinic in Mayfair with little to no results and with the whole experience culminating with them burning my face during treatment and then not taking responsibility or offering apology, I was already anxious and demoralised by my journey. Mariana has been such a refreshing energy in contrast - really friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and has a great sense of humour which I appreciate. During the first couple of weeks after the Cosmelan peel, I was struggling with the process and she responded to my emails out of hours on the weekend with so much kindness and reassurance. I am very very happy with the results! My skin looks so much better and even though it was expensive, I spent a lot less than with the other clinic and had much more dramatic results with the best guide, so it was worth it! I cannot recommend this clinic and Mariana highly enough. Thank you so much for everything!!

She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained solutions clearly, and provided a tailored plan which I was able to understand easily. The consultation was thorough, and I left feeling confident about the next steps for my skin health.

I have been seeing Dr. Solomon for the past five years, and as always, he is extremely attentive, progressive, and empathetic. He makes you feel at ease, and I like that he always recommends coming back for a review while being flexible with his time. We always agree on a clear plan of action, and he never pushes me to do more than necessary. I recommended him to a close associate, and they had the same excellent experience. Highly recommended.

I visited the Knightsbridge clinic and had two consecutive appointments with Dr Salomon. Although the treatments were painful, like PRP for hair, Dr Salomon was very efficient and patient. Not only is he good with these non invasive treatments, but he also has an excellent command of general medicine which would put to shame many of GPs in UK!

I was pleasantly surprised my this company. I was very nervous to get masseter Botox to help with tension and migraines as I don’t like needles and have never done anything like this before. The 2 consultants looking after me were really friendly and comforting. They explained the procedure in depth and answered any questions I had. They minimised any pain and made me feel really positive about my experience. I’d definitely recommend this company for their professionalism and care.

I recently attended my first consultation with Dr Tino Solomon who was warm and welcoming. He listened intently to my wishes and concerns and then explained the various procedures that he could provided in order to obtain subtle and natural results. Together we decided on fillers and Botox. I felt totally relaxed and looked after by a professional and skilled doctor whose knowledge, skills and attention to detail have given me excellent results. I will definitely be returning for follow up treatments and would highly recommend him and the team to anyone.

Before starting the treatment, Dr. Bhavik took the time to really understand my needs and thoroughly explained everything about the procedure. His hands were so gentle that I barely felt the needle! When I expressed interest in doing an extra treatment, he advised me that I’m still young for it, which is a breath of fresh air compared to other injectors who just push a ton of treatments on you. I definitely recommend Medispa!
