Brilliant company to deal with
Brilliant company. I purchased a DJI Mini 5 Pro Fly More Combo from Drone Safe in the morning (they also were the cheapest UK supplier I could find). I received immediate confirmation of the transaction, a few hours later I was notified it had been collected by DPD with full tracking details. DPD delivered as promised the next business day. The goods were discretely and securely packaged and arrived safely. Absolute top notch 5 star service from start to finish. I will definitely use again for all my drone needs.

Still waiting on refund
I rarely leave negative reviews but unfortunately this experience was disappointing.
I ordered a DJI microphone adapter that was listed as being available on the website. The wrong item was sent, so I contacted customer service. To their credit, they responded quickly and initially told me the correct item would be dispatched the next day.
However, several days passed with no dispatch confirmation or delivery. When I chased this up via live chat (after receiving no response to my email), I was then informed that the item was actually out of stock and that they were waiting for new stock to arrive before sending it. This was never communicated to me and I only found out because I contacted them again myself.
As I needed the adapter urgently and they couldn’t provide any timescale for when it would be available, I requested a refund. Although I was told this would be processed, I have yet to receive it.
Mistakes happen and I appreciate that their initial responses were quick but the lack of communication, being given inaccurate information and the delay in processing my refund have made this a frustrating experience. At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for my refund to be returned.

Best UK price and after-sales service!
DroneSafe offered the best UK price for my DJI Mini5 Pro, along with free SD card and neckstrap, making the purchase from them a no-brainer. But the aftersales service was also excellent – as a newbie to flying a drone I had queries, which were handled patiently and helpfully over the phone. When I had inadvertently omitted to register my Care Refresh cover, and was struggling to complete the requirements for late registration, Harrison kindly offered to take care of it for me and duly sent through my notice of cover. Whilst you may find prices advertised as cheaper from Korea, I doubt you'll find the same back-up service as offered by DroneSafe!
