Amazing service
Amazing service. I had a slight problem setting up my drone as Im not exactly computer literate. I needed this drone for a project for work and I needed to take some camera shots on the Saturday it arrived. I called Drone Safe and to my surprise some one answered the phone and helped me set the drone up. I can not recommend this company highly enough Thank You.

Found Drone Safe Store completely by accident while looking for a DJI Mic Mini 2, turned out to be a happy accident. Service and delivery were first class throughout. Had a good browse of the website while I was at it, and the range they carry means this won't be a one-off order, they'll be getting my business again, both personally and through the company, whenever I'm after DJI gear.

They didn’t send any neck straps for…
They didn’t send any neck straps for rc2 controller which comes with Avata 360 rc2 combo. They’re mentioned it free gifts for dji Avata 360.They’ve told it’s out of stock. Now i am waiting when will they send. Others service good like delivery on time as well as good customer service.

They took the time to talk me through the drone that I was interested in buying. I’m very pleased with my choice of drone but do now regret not buying the more expensive bundle as it came with the RC2 controller, which I am now considering buying but that now makes the bundle seem good value for money.

Great all round, highly recommend
I've purchased several drones and extras from these guys for personal and business use over the years, every time they have arrived in good time, and the service has always been excellent.
The Drone Safe team are very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and quick to respond to any queries I might have had, and Tom and Harrison have been extra helpful and especially patient in assisting me while I decided whether our most recent purchase of a Matrice 4T was the right one for our business.
I've now purchased an Avata, a Mini 3 Pro, a Mavic 4 Pro, and most recently a Matrice 4T from these guys, and should I need anything on a personal level, or should we decide to expand the company drone fleet, I will absolutely be looking to shop here before I go anywhere else. Thanks guys

Received my drone combo as promised no…
Received my drone combo DJI Air 3 s as promised no issues with the drone or this company but the drone has no hard carry box like the DJI min pro 4 and also the batteries are taking forever to charge, not impressed to say the least, I will be emailing DJI regarding this. I own two drones and this one surely lets it down, i can only imagine cost saving, if they need to add on more money please do so to ensure these issues are fixed,
