First time drone user
Promptly had a question clarified prior to purchase, ordered easily online - arguably the best all-in package available for the Mini 5 Pro (Mega bundle). LUT pack/care refresh code immediately emailed and the package arrived with everything the next day. Can't fault the end-to-end service - thank you! Would also recommend the YouTube videos. Hardest thing about this was tempering my enthusiasm to get flying while charging everything up!

I recently bought a DJI Mini 5 Pro from Drone Safe Store through their online shop as their physical shop is a bit of a trek for me.
Experience was excellent, had what I wanted and even got an SD card and controller strap included for free. As I bought on a Friday I thought delivery would be the following Monday but I had the option of a Saturday delivery by DPD at no extra cost which was great.
All in all, a very good service.
