DryDogs Ltd.  Reviews

Ordered Sunday 26/1/25 Received 29/1/25. Very impressed with Quality and fits by Nissan Juke Vehicle perfectly. Rang on the Monday as needed item ASAP, paid a little extra for next day delivery. Staff extremely helpful. Have looked at numerous ones similar to this but all had plastic clips. This one has metal clips item very well made. perfect for my GSD who travelled in it really well. Only one slight comment because headrest in Nissan are wide the clips did not fit completely around headrest however design is so that headrest has a gap in the middle and straps could fit through there nicely. Definitely excellent quality and so much better than the numerous ones I have researched on line and through Amazon. Great to purchase item in the UK too

I have three miniature pinchers and was fed up with ordering coats that did not fit my boys and cheaply made

I found DryDogs and called them up told them about my dogs the lady was so helpful and told me what I should order how refreshing to actually speak to someone who knew their stuff

When my order came I was over the moon with it three wonderful storm guard coats and three snoods

My boys and me are so happy with the snoods and Coats thank you DryDogs I will be ordering again

Purchased a coat for my dog... worked for a few weeks then the zip started falling apart now its a waiting game to get a returns number to send it back in the mean time the dog has no coat for winter, will not buy from these again as the quality is poor so will put it in the bin

Coat as described, arrived promptly

We purchased Bonnie’s second harness
It was delivered promptly and Bonnie received a birthday card and a safety light which was a lovely surprise. The sight hound harnesses are very well made and is the only ones we use as Bonnie is an escape artist. Thank you for your kind gift and wonderful service.

Top quality!!!! Was struggling to get a good harness for our greyhound puppy. He's pretty much full size height wise but still to fill out...he's also still full of puppy antics, ie backing out of his harness!! At my wits end I stumbled across a greyhound forum and people were talking about escape proof harnesses and dry dogs was repeatedly mentioned. On heading to the website I could see the harness was exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the high vis yellow to add to safety too. On arriving and fitting this to my dog it is brilliant! The second waist strap absolutely makes it impossible to wriggle out backwards and the build quality is fantastic too. The D rings are substantial and there are actually 2 handles on the back of the harness, it's padded where it needs to be and there's plenty of growing room. At the same time I also ordered the dry dog waterproof coat, as again, I had struggled to find a decent dog coat to fit a greyhound that I didn't have to alter and that would line up with the harness. Of course this works perfectly with the harness! It fits beautifully, fastens snuggly, the zip for the harness loop on the back lines up. It has a bit of a collar up the neck and covers right to his tail...and again, it has growing room! It is also waterproof but has a fleece on the inside to keep him warm. He is now snug and secure and I no longer need to worry when walking him. Yes I did pay more than I would normally spend on these products, but not alot more and these fit, are fit for purpose, and will last. Dry dogs are a god send for someone who was about to lose her mind!!! Thank you!!!

Having just taken on my Lurcher, a rescue dog from Battersea (Old Windsor), I saw that she was wearing one of the DryDog harnesses and it looked very secure, so I decided to get one. I liked the very fast service I got from DryDogs especially considering I ordered in Christmas week. The product itself seems to be very well made and secure. This product has made me enjoy walking my dog much more as I have better control with the harness and know she cannot back out of it.

Fantastic snuffle Mat well made and strong keeping my dog busy

Beautifully made products for our saluki. Arrived royal mail when expected. If I need more collars or harnesses we will come back to Drydogs. Thank you.

Great service and a great product. I ordered the wrong size in the beginning. The returns process was simple to understand and deal with. A smaller size arrived a few days after I posted back the original product back. I paid for return postage but it was my fault for ordering the wrong size in the first place so I was happy with that. I would order again and highly recommend Drydogs.

Fantastic company

These festive coats are absolutely stunning 🤩 they have created so many smiles and conversations as we have walked out today ☺️ I added some detachable bells 🔔 for maximum effect 😉 great quality which will definitely last for many more Christmases.

On Sunday made another purchase. On Monday prices all reduced. I contacted them via live chat and got a response quickly. Simply gave order details and was refunded difference immediately. Not only are their products first class the customer service is too. Would recommend to anyone.

Arrived very quickly, really good quality products. Will purchase from this company again.

Most sellers indicate price including tax, but with drydogs tax is added on after you've selected your purchase - need to look closely at checkout!

Customer service was very good. I had to ring up for some advice about sizing and the person I spoke to was very helpful. It was easy to order on line and I liked being able to track my order. The items came on the day indicated. The quality is excellent - our lively lurcher can no longer wriggle out of his harness.

Great item, good price.

Ordered a made to measure sleeveless whippet fleece/pyjamas…. Beautifully tailored, soft warm fleece, easy to get on and off and my little 11 year old whippet loves it… hates being cold and he just loves to snuggle up. Also received a birthday discount so ordered him a second as was that impressed. Many thanks

A few months ago, I bought my dog a raincoat from here. I did a lot of research so I was hopeful it would be the right thing. Initially I got the wrong size so I had to return it for another. That was all fine – no problems. But now that it’s autumn and he’s been wearing the raincoat, I’ve realised that it isn’t waterproof. We’ve just come back from a walk in the rain and his stomach was completely soaked through despite being covered by the coat. Hopeless. I’m going to have to throw it away and buy another one (from somewhere else!) and it wasn’t cheap. Very disappointing.

Have brought many items from collars to raincoats and have always been very pleased. Very well made and super quality with great customer service of you need advice.
