Really easy process to get a certified copy of my passport for naturalisation. Scheduling was very easy, Guiseppe was lovely and I was able to get the whole thing done over lunch. The office is also very easily accessible via public transport.

Exceptional service for a genuinely difficult, non-standard request. We are a company in Kazakhstan and needed Irish tax residency certificates (issued electronically by Revenue for Meta, Google and Apple) notarised and apostilled so our tax authority would accept them under the double taxation treaty. Several other firms declined once they saw the complexity — Giuseppe was the only one who engaged properly, thought the problem through, and found a workable solution.

What stood out: he was genuinely careful. He spotted that one of the certificates had been issued in the wrong company's name before it became a problem, and he took the time to verify the authenticity of each document rather than just rubber-stamping it. Communication was clear and honest throughout, the pricing was transparent with no surprises, and once everything was in order he turned the whole thing around remarkably fast — notarised, apostilled and couriered within a day.
