Disappointed with the quality and style of recent purchases
I have been purchasing D&C clothing for a very long time (15 yeats) but have to say Ive been very dissappointed with the quality of the last couple of items. Definately not the same quality as previous goods. I know the company has been sold to another clothing brand company. But please retain the quality of fabrics and styling that was there previously. We can all buy average quality clothing elsewhere at half the price. It would be such a shame to loose the good stuff.

Fantastic delivery even when listed as Standard, I receive most orders the next day. They also keep me well informed of fantastic deals and discount codes to take advantage. They've also teamed up with ClearPay which presents a perfect way of managing my finances whilst taking advantage of deals.

Bought a top from them,note that i paid for it be delivered to me, they supplied the wrong size.
i asked for return and refund, they provided returns label, item was returned, they only refunded me my payment minus the original cost to have it delivered to me.
is this normal, i paid for something that was not even my mistake!

They do not provide free return service be aware. If you bought something from them it is guaranteed that item is yours for life.

Would give them less stars if I could. Customer service is terrible.
I bought 3 packs of socks as a Christmas gift (for my father in law who has specifically asked for socks) because they were packed in a smart looking cardboard box. My order was packed in a double plastic bag. One of these boxes came bashed and looking at it I knew I would be embarrassed to gift this so reached out to customer service to return and get a replacement. In response I was met with "we cannot guarantee that boxed items will arrive in perfect condition". Obviously because a thin cardboard box was sent in a bag, it is inevitable this would come bashed, frankly I am surprised it was only one box that was affected. I suggested this should have been packed better but "we are sorry you are unhappy with our policy" was essentially the response received. Steer clear, they couldn't care less about sending their products in suitable packaging so you are happy to receive or trying to resolve any complaints.

Hi, I believe I am aware of your case as it was escalated up to my department.
Unfortunately this cannot be helped as we have to comply with how our delivery partners require goods to be shipped and also to keep a cost down of shipping items. This allows us to offer leading pricing on not only our own products but clothing in general.
I can assure you that the garments arrived in perfect use condition and this is an unfortunate circumstance and not the norm. I hope if you make another order with us again, you can edit this review to be a positive one.

Faith in humanity has been restored...
I bought a D&C jacket, that over a period of weeks started to fail. Press stud housings came away from both pockets.
I posted a pretty harsh review on here which was seen by a customer service manager who reached out and offered to try and help.
Anyway, long story, short - everything is now resolved thanks to Gail.
I will remain a customer of D&C :)
