I love the flavour of the shakes. The variety is excellent. I personally like the texture. I love that they have no sugar. They do not leave me hungry, as other shakes that I have tried have. I find the price quite good considering how long it lasts me. I did not like it when they switched to a subscription model, claiming that it was cheaper, but it was the same price as it had been previously; they just took the opportunity to sneak in a price increase for the product if you did not get it with a subscription. This felt dishonest. I am happy to use the subscription, as it is easy to change or cancel if you choose at any point, as long as you do it before they process your next shipment. I also love their Sleep hot chocolate. This really helps to calm my ADHD brain before bed when little else does. The delivery is sometimes fast, but usually it takes a while, so make sure you order well before you run out. Lastly, I have lost 30% of my body weight while I have been using Dukes shakes. This is because I have used this as one part of a total lifestyle change. I make sure I am in a calorie deficit, I exercise regularly, and I have stopped eating takeaway food and most junk food, other than the occasional small treat.

I love Dukes shakes , don't get me wrong but they do not love me sadly . I have the MTHFR mutant gene and because they add Folic Acid to their shakes instead of Folate they slowly make me very unwell . They use the natural Folate in the soups and bars , so I guess it is a cost cutting reason for them to use a man made Vs natural ingredient in their shakes . I know of others that loved these shakes until they made them sick . Hopefully they will one day change the recipe but for now I buy only shakes with no added Folic Acid .

I love the product, I have both reds and greens, but, PLEASE, could you find a way to brighten up the greens? When on your food or in a drink, it looks like mould, and it takes mind over matter to get the stuff down!

I tried Duke's Weight Loss for two months. I lost no weight at all despite using a treadmill daily. From minimal physical activity to 5Km walks twice a day plus riding a stationary pushbike 20-minutes daily; both to exertional level. I gave up in the end as one of the soup sachets had traces of or actual tree nut products and I ended up with an anaphylactic reaction - my eyes watered, my lips, face scalp, neck skin itched, my throat became sore then I could not speak properly as my tongue became swollen. I was not allergic to nut products ever. I've eaten nuts, peanut butter, tree nuts and seeds without problems for 66 years. The ED specialist said it must have been the repeated challenge present in the soup packets plus possibly other product traces in it. I now have a remainder of life anaphylactic risk and have to check what I eat; thanks Duke's Weight Loss. Did not help me loose weight AND tried to kill me.

Fast 4-day delivery! The chocolate and coffee shakes taste great, especially when blended with half a banana. The double chocolate and chocolate peanut snack bars are also pretty good. However, the chicken soup was a major disappointment—it had a very powdery, goopy texture and didn't taste nice at all! I would purchase the shakes again. :)

The company is easy to communication with, the per serve pricing is super reasonable... and best of all, the shakes I've tried so far taste great! Deliveries are super quick with a good amount of flexibility on the subscriptions, and with so many flavours to choose from between shakes, soups and oats, you're sure to find something you will like. And guess what, it actually works! Weight down and still going in the right direction. Give them a shot, you won't regret it.

After many years at weight peak and trying many things, diets, shakes and even shots, happy to have results, fell better, walk better and getting compliments. Have likedall the shakes, some more than others. Soups at night , sometimes with added greens. Planning to continue and losing more!

As someone who has struggled to lose weight for years, going back and forth with diets I couldn’t stick to and no having energy to go to the gym, Dukes has helped me tremendously! The shakes, soups and oats have been extremely helpful in helping me lose weight and the added energy I have is amazing. The online support community is amazing as well!

I’m down over 20kg in 8 months and couldn’t be happier!

My husband and I started using Dukes in June 2026. We replaced two meals with either a shake, oats or soup and had a low carb meal for dinner. We walked an average of 30 minutes a day. We cut out sugar in warm drinks and unhealthy snacking, opting rather for fruit or carrot sticks or healthy nuts. I a female in my 50’s lost 3 kgs in total for the two months I was on it and my husband also in his 50’s has lost 8 kgs by doing and eating the same things.
I am honestly disappointed and regret spending the money on this product.

Great variety of products and flavours, also gluten free and no sulphites.
A good way to kickstart your healthier eating.
I make the shakes and soups up in half the recommended quantities and they are fine.
Oats I mix with yoghurt instead of water.
If you replace 2 of your daily meals with Dukes you will lose weight.

I found their shakes and soups to be much more powdery than other meal replacement products I’ve tried—almost like I was eating sand!

I was raised not to waste food, so I usually try to finish things even when I don’t particularly enjoy the taste. However, I couldn’t finish either the soup or the shake because I found the taste and texture really unpleasant.

So far, I’ve only tried the Potato & Bacon Soup, Mango Shake, and Apple Cinnamon Oats, so it’s possible that some of the other flavours are better. That said, after these first few experiences, I’m a little hesitant to try more of their meal replacement products.

The Apple Cinnamon Oats were actually okay, though.

Absolutely love these shakes. The flavours are amazing and the brand new crunch bars come in 4 flavours and they are all fantastic. Customer service second to none. Love their oats too. Fast delivery fantastic products couldn’t ask for more

Great shakes. They are just not shakes but a complete meal replacement. I take them with me when I'm out on the road and they don't seperate if you don't consume them straight away. Love the different flavours too you can't get with other brands. Lost weight. Does 2 dress sizes in 10 weeks

I lost weight I hadn't been able to budge for years. And then I felt so much better on the shakes than I did before, that I've stayed on them permanently. I've been having two a day, five days a week for over two years. They have the protein I need, taste good, and are reasonably priced. I've recommended them to friends and family, and my sister is on them as well now. Definitely give Dukes a try.

I find the majority of the flavours to be delicious (if you’re not sure, start with the starter pack). My only disappointment is that not every flavour is available in individual sachets but I just buy the bag and divvy it up myself if I want a limited edition flavour/something that isn’t available in sachets.

Been on dukes for about 2yrs now. Personally love the products! Not too sweet and huge variety of shake flavours and the 4 oats flavour are great too! And now with the newly launched crunch bars (which ive yet to try but got some on the way!)
