👍 great! Nice flavors and good service

I've been on Dukes for almost 2 years and lost 16kg replacing two meals a day. The shakes are easy to drink, there are so many great flavours to choose from and they are super low in sugar. Battling lactose intolerance I really struggled to find a suitable weight loss shake option. I cannot imagine not using dukes every day, its now a convenient lifestyle choice just as much as being for weight loss

Been working well for the last few months, down 2 waist sizes since starting. The flavour tastes good, isn’t sickly sweet like others and the community is great. Customer service is really good as well.

They sent the wrong product to the correct address. When they sent the replacement order they sent it to the wrong address and refuse to accept responsibility for the mistake.

Ordering was easy and the delivery to New Zealand was prompt.
However.
Luckily I’ve travelled quite a bit, so these products aren’t the worst thing I’ve eaten.
The shakes…….. very powdery and cloying in the mouth. As for flavour? They just about reflect what it says on the packet.
The oats….. My god…… just eat a wet cardboard box and save yourself.
The soups…..worse that any freeze dried instant soup I’ve ever tried.
They’re so bad, they must be doing me good.
I will definitely lose weight as they’ve put me off eating!!!!!
I haven’t got through all the flavours in the starter pack yet, but I don’t hold out much hope.
I’m trying to give them a fair go, but it’s hard.

Far too sweet with an unpleasant aftertaste, I could barely tell it was chocolate flavored, all I could taste was this overpowering sachrin sweetness. The texture wasn't great either, had an almost grainy, gooey texture to it. Do 🚫 recommend.

the order was shipped via Australia post, it was then past NZ post for local delivery, once Dukes receive the money there is no warranty or disputes. The package was delivered to wrong address, dukes didn't care or help. The package arrived eventually dripping wet and in a crushed box. dukes still didn't care, they said it was between myself, Australia post and Nz post. Both shipping companies will only deal with distributer not receiver. again Dukes did not care. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased a starter pack. Tried one shake. Tasted like thick, muddy water!! Dreadful!! No return policy.

Never trust a company that invites honest reviews then doesn't publish them.

The entire product range has a very gloopy, gritty texture - almost impossible to stomach. The dried ingredients in the soups never absorb enough water to soften, so end up an unpleasant semi-crunch element. The shakes have weird flavour combinations that form gelatinous masses in the shaker, whilst the greens powder forms a ghastly, green goo.

Don't buy!
