DuMarko Reviews

Great service: friendly people; good communication; efficient service.

Had a great experience with these guys. Anastasia was more than helpful, she gave me all the information I required along with photos I requested. Very hard to find these watches of this quality with genuine parts. Very happy

The consulting team was very professional, provided additional photos, and offered the option to negotiate prices. Fast and secure shipping and the watch itself were excellent, much more beautiful in person than in the photos. The service was done very meticulously: despite its 81 years, it only gains 5 seconds per day. Congratulations!

Great selection of watches, good customer service and timely delivery...will recommend to others and buy again myself

Fast shipment / conditions as seen in photos

DuMarko is a company that obviously takes very good care of the watches they sell, and puts a lot of effort into the photography they use. They are also very honest about the condition their watches are in, which I appreciate very much.
They also include a 1-year warranty, a beautiful box, and an extra strap with the watch. All these are beautiful gestures that you do not get with any dealer, and I am thankful to them for this.
There are 2 aspects of their service that I think can be improved.
The first one is promptness of communication. They are not very fast in responding to emails, and on 2 occasions I had to email them twice to get a response. They are very kind and informative when they do respond, but more promptness would be much appreciated.
The second aspect is their packaging. The watch is shipped in a beautiful presentation box, but this box was only wrapped in some paper and tape. No outer box, no packaging peanuts to protect the watch from shocks. I was a bit surprised that they shipped the watch to me like that. It's very risky, as shipping companies are not especially careful with packages, and a 70-year-old mechanical watch can easily be damaged by shocks in transit.
Overall a positive experience, with the small gripes I mentioned. I would buy from them again, especially if they improve the 2 aspects I mentioned.

Very professional and responsive. The watch came in a timely manner wrapped in a ziplock with the warranty card and a professional box.

Great watch, works well, can’t believe it’s from the 1930s. Totally usable piece of history!

Beautiful watch, even better than in the pictures and exactly in working order as described. Fast postage and an easy transaction. Would definitely buy from again.

I have purchased two watches and both times it was easy and a smooth transaction. High quality watches and they service any issues. Couldn’t be happier and look forward to finding more for my collection.

Apart from having just the watch I was looking for, their communication was top notch, very happy to give me as much information as I needed including extra photo's and a short video. Super helpful 😊
Shipping took no time at all, my watch in it's box was extremely well packaged. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again, funds permitting 🤔

Kind Anastasia responded quickly to my emails and now that I have received the watch I am satisfied. The watch is exactly as described and there was no misrepresentation

Thank you, everything turned out great. Slight delay in customs but that's not anything Dumarko has control over.

I bought a watch from dumarko.com and while the product itself is beautiful and exactly as advertised, the shipping experience was very disappointing. Despite both the seller and I living in the same country, it took almost a month for the watch to arrive, even though I stayed in contact with the seller throughout. The quality of the watch is undeniable, but the excessive delay in delivery makes me hesitant about ordering again.

Miss Anastasia was very informative with all my questions. The watch arrived well and was packaged very well for the long shipping trip. Dumarko provides superb customer service.

Would highly recommend the purchasing from DuMarko who made the purchase seamless. Great story behind the company, which made me choose them other companies. My watch came to me in Australia within a week of the purchase.

The Sturmanskie arrived in very good condition. The movement is perfect. Very good service.

Package arrived on time, good packaging.
