Bath robe bought as a gift for my father in law who was absolutely delighted. Excellent quality and the embroidery added the perfect finishing touch. The robe arrived promptly and was beautifully boxed and ready to give.

This is the sixth order I've placed with towels r us for personalised towels. They make great gifts and in my opinion are very well priced. I always go for Egyptian cotton higher quality towels with personalised name or initials. Delighted with the quality and with the speed in which I receive my order. Receivers of my gifts are always thrilled. Me and my family all have a couple with our names on too.

Once unpacked I was ready to return the crumpled object that was meant for a gift ....but I had to sort the returns process so I hung the BIG DISAPPOINTMENT on the bathroom door . There it waited for the weekend to pass .......a manly grey bathrobe ..... and it overcame its wrinkles .. and bulked up ......and after a couple of steamy nights in there ...yes truly ......I let it stay! And guess what ! He loved it .....because it was relaxed and friendly feeling . (soft in girlspeak). Think it will last for ages too. A success . A triumph .... I found a good gift for a man .

I wanted the towels for a special present. On line they didn't have the colour I needed. I rang and spoke to a helpful and kind person who took the time to look for the colour I needed. The towels are brilliant. The present was perfect! Thank you towelsrus, you are superb.

The choice of colours, sizes and writing styles made wonderful individualised towels for my children, who are looking forward to using them for swimming lessons and holidays.

delivered on time, embriodery looked good. Quality of luxury towel ok - however I was expecting heavier.

The personalised robe i ordered was fantastic - when it came. I had to chase up the order. Two days after its due delivery date it wasnt even ready for dispatch. This caused problems as i would be unable to accept delivery on the new date. However, the company dealt with the issue professionally and when the product did arrive the quality was fabulous.

I was delighted to receive the towels I had ordered for my daughter. It was lovely to be able to get her a personalised present as she has an unusual name. She is also severely disabled and one of her great joys in life is having a lovely bath. The towels are so soft and of such good quality she will really enjoy them. The towels were of a super quality and look lovely with the added embroidery. They arrived a couple of days late but that was probably due to the Christmas post. Many thanks!

Had to wait. a day or two longet than anticipated so I was glad I ordered well in time for Christmas, no worries though and worth the extra couple of days. The quality is excellent and I would certainly use this supplier again. I ordered as a Christmas gift for my daughter and I'm sure she will be as pleased as I am

The towels were not as soft and fluffy as they look on the models. in fact they are quite rough. Hopefully this will change after a wash.

Not what I expected

We ordered on 6th December. The product arrived 20th December. You know that the orders will increase pre Christmas, so I assume that you will have factored this into your delivery forecasting. I really wonder if I had not sent a number of E Mails asking where the product was, would I have had a delivery pre Christmas. Its a shame that the delivery compromised the whole experience, as the product was great.

Wondering if as it is a `Christmas present and if it is not suitable what exchange or refund may apply

Purchased a personalised towel on-line and was not certain of what the quality would be like but pleasantly surprised - the towel feels good and the printing is a really nice touch.
I would recommend this service - on-line ordering was simple; the product came on-time and I was pleased with the quality of the towel.

The quality of the two embroidered dressing gowns was amazing, really fluffy and look really beautiful. I was a bit worried they wouldn't arrive before Christmas, but they did. Towels R Us were really helpful with following up on the delivery when it was taking longer than expected.

Used Towels R Us before and found their products to be very good, but delivery times are, to say the least poor!
