I ordered goods on the 15th October. I have not had any proof of delivery they shipped or that they arrived. The website has gone, the facebook is unresponsive and reviews blocked. The WhatsApp message service - no reply. Telephone - unable to process calls. Email sales enquiries - no response. I am in dispute with my bank. They are listed on companies house but have not filed any documents.

The product arrived ripped and torn. I returned it and asked for a refund. Unsurprisingly, this company has ignored all of my communications although they were quick enough to take my money.

Giftgiant offers a mixed experience. On the positive side, their products, like the Halloween scary noises, are great additions and deliver promptly, and they have a responsive customer service team who quickly resolved an issue with a dented item. However, their refund process can be problematic. After returning an item by their guidelines, I experienced a frustratingly long wait for a refund and had trouble getting a response from their support team. While customer service is generally helpful and delivery is quick, caution is advised if you anticipate needing a refund.

Never received order. Tracking number with royal mail is not valid. Cannot get a hold of anyone at Gift Giant to figure out what is going on with my order that I placed on Oct 9 and was told it shipped on Oct 10.

I ordered some plush magnets that arrived as expected and in good time. However, as I’d found more suitable alternatives, I decided to return these ones. I sent my items to the returns address on the website three weeks ago, and also got in touch via email. I’ve had no response and no refund so far. I don’t know what else to do to get a reply and my money back? I’ve followed up multiple times.

Not received my item, sent a number of emails no response. Website says error not currently taking orders. Tracking number is wrong for delivery as its not recognised. Item supposed to have arrived 2 weeks ago now and not currently arrived. No contact number to speak to anyone about order just email which hasn't been responded to.

Extremely poor buy. My parcel didn’t come and I cannot contact any customer service regarding this.

I placed an order on 16th October, got an email saying it has been dispatched with a tracking number royal mail on 16th October, the tracking ref isn't working. We are on the 28th October and I still haven't received. I have sent 2 emails, sent 2 WhatsApp messages and even messaged on Facebook and no reply. Can't get back onto the website and it's showing somethings went wrong when trying to view my order.

This was the only website I could find what I was looking for. Easy to use and fast delivery. Thank you very much.

I sent a return back to the store and have contacted them 3 times and have received no communication at all. At this point I'm at a loss as to what to do other than contact my credit card company.

Unfortunately the toy has a split seam and insufficient padding in the tail area. I’ve sent a couple of emails asking for a replacement but have had no response.

My 2year old Grandson asks me to tell him stories about Mr Bear, when I saw this bear he was just ‘perfect’ to go alongside the stories. He’s the right size for a toddler, soft as a blanket and warm as toast with a beautiful kind face. He’s 3 in December and is all wrapped up with the latest story. I can’t wait to see his face. I’m even thinking of asking for his brother for me for Christmas!
