The handguard I ordered was shipped…
The handguard I ordered was shipped missing a proprietary barrel nut. I used the website page to send 3 “contact us” messages regarding this issue and none of them were replied to. Called twice and sent an email addressed directly to contact@Durkintactical, still no luck. I was honestly going to give up but finally someone got in touch! As I said earlier my original order was missing parts, or it would’ve been a five star review. Once I got a hold of the right person, the problem was corrected quickly. Kudos to the customer support team. When Ryan mailed the correct additional items to me I also received several gratuities. The koozies are the bomb! It took a while to get it sorted, but it finally did! Looking forward to my next purchase from Durkin.

We’re sorry to hear that the item did not meet your expectations. We did review the order and the product that was shipped was the item ordered from the listing. It appears the concern was based on the gas length shown in the product photo. At the time of purchase, the gas length was not specifically stated in the product description, so we understand how the photo may have led to a different expectation. We are always working to make our product listings as clear and accurate as possible and appreciate the feedback. We also want to clarify that this was not an intentional fulfillment error. We did reach out to resolve the issue and the upper was sold and no longer in possession to resolve the matter.

Awesome product and company
The original dust cover was too small and didn’t latch shut. I was sent a replacement and it looks much better and closes. Great customer support and response time. I would purchase again from Durkin.

I ordered a 10.5 inch 556 left side
I ordered a 10.5 inch 556 left side charging upper. Had some issues with the barrel. Customer service contacted me 3 days later and send me a new barrel and gas tube free of charge. I own 2 kits from this store and this is the only issue I've had so far. Will buy more.

I was just a little stressed
I was just a little stressed. After i submitted my purchase online. I did not receive an email with a confirmation number or purchase number. So it was hard for me to send and email request. Also, the listed phone number went directly to voice mail. So, as I have purchased from Durkin before i trusted their system. It 100% worked out. My recommendation for those purchasing from Durkin. Trust their operating system and let them 100% fill you order. Thank you Durkin Tactical.
