Great experience! They were very helpful and made getting flowers for my girlfriend super easy. Everything I needed was taken care of quickly I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for flowers!

Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday the 18 of Sept for a Wake and Funeral, received an email the next day 19 Sept, that they could not able to fulfill and deliver the order. This was very disheartening for the family. The email stated that a refund was generated, but the family is without flowers for their loved one.

I love the experience with lily florist .I was helped tremendously.

Absolutely not! After placing an order on Monday for a sympathy arrangement that was to be delivered the same day, there was no communication that there was an issue or most importantly a phone call to make me aware! Funeral services pass and randomly I get an email the order has been cancelled 3 days later! Just don’t if you’re even considering it!!

Ordered flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday. No flowers, no notice until I sent a follow up at the end of the day. My mother-in-law got nothing and I got a tepid apology and promise of a refund. I will NEVER use again and recommend others avoid.

They failed to deliver, period. The most important day of my wife's life and they dropped the ball. My order was to be delivered today for her birthday and they screwed it up even after calling me to confirm when the order was supposed to be there and where it was going. I will never forget their name and will tell everyone not to use their services.

Great attention to details

I think this company is a scam, or run by degenerates, if it’s a real company.
After placing my order online, someone called me to go through the details and confirm the order, even pulled information for me from the funeral home…see my colleague had lost a baby, her first grandchild. After 12 minutes of over communication, this man wanted me to take a survey immediately without waiting for my order to be delivered successfully. I told him to send the link as I had to take an important call, he sent the link and insisted I stayed on the phone with him while I gave them a review, I declined and got off the phone.
I would have taken the survey immediately but I noticed the suggestions to review on were the order, refund or delivery service, so I paused on it.
While I was on the phone with my sister, this man called over 3 times and then proceeded to cancel my order. I called back immediately and he refused to give me a reason on the cancellation, then upon my insistence lied they do not service that funeral home anymore. I called out his lie because he had access to the funeral home earlier and gave me information I did NOT know about while bragging that was one of their partner funeral homes.
Then he said it was because I did not pick up my phone, I asked why I’d need to do that for a next day delivery that had already been finalized on the website and over a 12minute call. He then proceeded to tell me he cancelled my order because I did NOT GIVE THEM A REVIEW! For an order that was placed 3hrs ago for the next day and had not been delivered??
I called a different number in the website and was being passed around by people with the same accent so I’m guessing this is a family business or a family asylum, because they did not debunk his reason for canceling my order!
This business should be shut down if it’s real because they have NO business, servicing people who are dealing with grief. That is the most insane interaction or experience I have ever had!

Absolutely terrible. My buddies mom passed and I am in another state. Found this “florist” online. They stated they work with local florists and could “definitely” help. The day of delivery they emailed and said the local florist could not accommodate my floral arrangement. Yes, I received a refund, but now my buddy does not have flowers for his mother’s funeral and I have to call and tell him why. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!

I ordered flowers for my SIL for a funeral on her side of the family. The flowers were never delivered and they sent me an email the day after the funeral telling me my order was cancelled. The funeral is now obviously over and I didn't have an opportunity to order elsewhere. I cannot express my disgust with this company enough. Absolutely horrible. Customer Service did nothing to rectify the situation. Said they could refund my order. Well I would hope so when no flowers were ever delivered?? Simply terrible company and business model if they don’t even have the logistics figured out to fill orders.

I ordered flowers for a sister's birthday. Kiky Florist called the next day to confirm delivery instructions. They then asked me to write them a review BEFORE the delivery. I told them I'd wait until the flowers arrived to see their work. No flowers were ever delivered. Birthday surprise ruined.

Great experience

Placed order with Kiky Florist for my supervisors sister funeral services. Received call from Patrick regarding my order. He was very helpful and informative regarding the type of flowers in the arrangement and when the flowers would be delivered. I can't wait to see the arrangement!
