Driver was unable to deliver
Ordered flowers for next day delivery to surprise my mom for her birthday and they called me day of delivery and told me their driver wasn’t able to deliver them for two more days which would’ve been two days past my moms birthday so I cancelled the order.

Beware. Do not order flowers from Kiky Florist
I tried to order flowers for my daughter. It was a same day delivery. After taking my money they cancelled my order because they couldn’t find a company to fill it. I assumed it was an actual florist shop in Blaine Minnesota. By the time it was cancelled, it was too late to find another unless I paid a lot of money. I would not trust them. Beware!!!

When crucial floral elements are depleted, our system automatically voids the order and credits your account.
Holding customer funds is never our policy. Your reimbursement was processed at the time of cancellation, and to eliminate any potential delays across banking networks, we have re-pushed the refund transaction through our gateway today.
Your bank will reflect the returned balance in accordance with their standard posting schedule.

Kiky responded to my review on here acting as if they’d done nothing wrong and the extra charge - a week later, mind you - was an issue with my bank. If this is the case, I wonder why they reached out to me themselves via email saying it was their error and apologizing? Trying to save face online while still lying to people is an even worse look than scamming in the first place, and if I knew how to add photos, I’d add the proof here!

I placed an order for flowers, they cancelled to order and said they would issue a refund. It'd been over a month and I still have not received the refund. I've called and asked to speak with a supervisor and have been hung up on twice. I've since disputed the charge with my cc company. This company is a scam operation.

Ponzy scheme - They are not a florist
They are not a florist but rather a third-party broker. While they advertise same-day, they can't actually promise that because they aren't doing the work. They go to other florist and if they aren't able to fulfill the order, they just cancel it without timely notification. I ordered an arrangement, they said it was confirmed, charged my credit card and didn't get a notice that it wasn't delivered until the next day. Now they say it could take 5-7 days for the charge to be reversed.

We had personalized service from Patrick, who made sure everything was just perfect for our special flower delivery.
EDIT:
Strangely, Patrick asked me to write the review whilst he was on the phone to me. He had been extremely attentive - making sure the card was correct; the flowers; delivery address and so on. They were due to arrive the next day - to a good friend whose father just passed. I was specific about including lily’s. The next day, my friend posted about an anonymous bouquet that arrived. No card. No lily's. Wrong flowers entirely. Were these the ones I sent? Who knows. I emailed to ask and to complain. I got my money back, and a lovely apology, but no answer if these were from me.
