I’d love to give this store zero stars. My mother chose the store as they offered same day delivery. Great online presence and the arrangements advertised looked lovely. We ordered an arrangement for my grandmothers birthday and the arrangement that arrived was pitiful. The florist foam was showing, none of the flowers advertised were included and the vase didn’t match. AWFUL customer service both on the phone and via email. Do NOT order from them.

On Monday, April 20, 2026, I ordered flowers for my brother-in-law's funeral, which was on Wednesday, 4/22. Eva's assured me they would be beautiful and delivered before visitation, which was from 11-1:00 on Wednesday. At 11:15 Wednesday, I called Eva's and was told they were "out of stock" and had cancelled the order, without a call, text or email. It was too late to order elsewhere.DO NOT BUY from Eva's Florist. They are dishonest scam artists!!!

THIS MAY BE A CREDIT CARD GATHERING SCAM. BUYER BEWARE. I was in a rush one day and I ordered flowers believing this was a legitimate local florist. I gave them my credit/debit card to pay. When I returned home 2 hours later I tried to cancel the order because I realized based on reviews this might be a scam business. They said that the flowers went out and they couldn't do anything and I needed to wait. I called constantly and kept badgering them. I also canceled the order via email. Be careful they answer the phones readily leading you to believe that they have good customer service. They are helpful about your order. They have what would appear to be a legitimate website and a nice online presence, but BEWARE. They either do not deliver the flowers or deliver an inferior bouquet. Ultimately, they did not deliver anything that day. With my badgering them I got a full refund the very next day. I believe the online floral business is a front for the gathering of credit card information so they can sell it to a second party or something like that. If you get scammed by them immediately cancel your debit or credit card.

I ordered flowers from the website pictures and did not get those flowers. I paid in advance $94.88. I was not notified that the flowers were not available that I ordered. The flowers that were sent were not of the same quality or value. Flowers by Eva will not discuss it as this is their policy. Take what you get doesn’t matter if you satisfy the customer. They got paid.
I’ll never use them again.

DO NOT order from this Company! There should be an option for ZERO stars!!! I placed an order for a funeral all to get an email 20 minutes before the funeral was starting that my order was cancelled due to insufficient supplies. I specifically told them to call me if there were any issues and it is written on my order!
When sending flowers, it’s typically a special occasion of sort & this company is DEFINITELY NOT YOUR ANSWER for fulfillment‼️

I ordered an arrangement for my friend that lost her husband. She received it yesterday. They did not ring the bell, left the arrangement in front of the door and it was laying sideways so all the water was out of the vase. They did not ring the bell and my friend was home. I asked her to send a picture of the arrangement to be sure it looked like what I ordered !!!! Not so much !!! Did not look like the photo at all and the flowers looked like they were dying ! I have been emailing this horrible company all day back and forth. I sent them the photos and they offered me a 25.00 refund. I requested a complete refund and they refused ! If I would have looked at the reviews like I usually do, I would have never ordered from them to begin with ! This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with which is why they have a 1.5 rating ! Should be a big fat ZERO!!!!

Horrible scammer! They don't share their policy's with someone ordering over the phone. They are not even a local company. They use local shops and don't even send what was ordered. My husband specifically asked for Iris's and Roses. They sent Roses and Daisy's and did not even call to ask if the substitute was acceptable. Very disappointing for our 25th Wedding Anniversary.

Very disappointing. Arrangement was nothing like was pictured. Was told that substitutions can be made and they sent a policy. I was never asked or notified. The only thing the same was the color of the flower. I was told their experts reviewed the arrangement and it met their standards. It was your everyday flower arrangement. Nothing special.

Beware. SCAM! We ordered two standing sprays for a funeral and they no-showed. Zero flowers for the stage and over 400 people in attendance. What a disappointment at our most vulnerable moment. People who take advantage like this are the lowliest of the lows. When we called to find out what happened they didn't have any record of our order. Would love to get this scam operation shut down. They lead you to believe they are a local florist when they are a call center from outside the US.

I ordered orchids for a dying friend. They were delivered a day later than promised.
Also, when I came to check out an unadvertised so-called service charge of $29 was added out of nowhere at the very end. This was not a delivery charge, which was promised to be free. It was a junk fee, which I thought was now illegal.

I only give them 1 star because it won't let me leave 0 or below. The flowers I ordered for my Mom's casket spray looked like they were a few days old and starting to wilt. We downsized to a half casket spray and the price was never altered. The customization of having blue flowers in the spray wasn't done. My sisters and I were extremely disappointed and upset when we saw what the flowers looked like. I took pictures and reached out to Flowers by Eva but they responded with only a $30 reduction in the price. Completely insulting. No compassion. No understanding. I spoke with 5 different people and wrote several emails. I am now suspicious of this company who claimed they were a small hometown flower shop in the community but I can't find their actual store and when I asked them where they were located the gentleman said they were renovating their foyer so no one was allowed to come in. Stay away from this company!!!

Fraudsters.
They will take your order, then wait about an hour and inform you they are unable to fill the order for some reason.
No replacements available, but you can expect a refund in 3-5 days.
How much do they make a year in stolen interest?

I would give zero stars if I could. Company leads you to believe price is one thing until the very last step when they tack on expensive service fees. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture and had less than half the number of flowers. I could have gone to the grocery store and created something better myself. Customer service said it complied with their policy and did nothing.

I sure wish I had read the bad reviews of this business before I placed my order. Shame on me. Fair warning ...
Do NOT order product from this company. They do not uphold thier commitment to deliver on the proper date, nor are the flowers what was described on their website. This place is a scam.

I ordered through Flowersbyeva because unlike most of the other delivery services, they promised to have the arrangement delivered to our location at a certain day and time. This was for my mother's funeral, so it was imperative that it arrive before the service. It did not. We were making calls to the company minutes before the start of the service and they weren't able to contact the delivery service. These were to be in the front of the chapel, so not receiving them after paying over $200 was disappointing and infuriating. We called several times after the service and were promised a call back that day but it never happened. I had to call them back two more times (you get disconnected if you're put on hold too long). They're now promising a full refund which is what they should do, but it doesn't make up for not having a funeral wreath for the service.

I ordered flowers from this vendor (Flowers by Eva) online yesterday (Sunday) April 19th, for a local “Sympathy” delivery today, locally in Springville, New York. Rather than call me, they sent me an email indicating that they did not receive flowers today, so they were canceling my order and refunding my payment. I called to complain about why they did not call me, to suggest an alternative order, and they indicated that they were having phone problems on their side, which sounded suspicious, since they were losing business. When I pressed harder the excuses sounded more implausible. When I tried to look up their address to write a review, I could not locate the business, but I noticed that there were several BBB complaints about them. The charge to my credit card is pending, but the person I spoke with (Jessa) told me that it would be refunded within 3-5 business days. My recommendation is to stay away from this business.

I ordered dozen in a half of long stem white roses for my aunts funeral. Im so hurt broken by the arrangement. I was expecting a really stand out vase of long stem roses. They were least to say sad. I've often bought flowers from floral shops but nothing like this. And they are not accommodating . You will need to email customer service to get help,Im still waiting for the result of that e-mail. No one wants to email anyone when time is of the essence. Anyway I can write a book on this ordeal. I just wanted the beautiful arrangement of flowers to send off my aunt or my MONEY BACK!!

Marketed as a local florist and they are not. Do not trust them if you want to order locally check your Google maps for a true local florist with a true local address.
