Delivery date wrong. Nowhere near to what I paid for. Looked more.like a 5$ bouquet then 70$ one. A complete rip off. Would never recommend this company should be reported to BBB

Lovely flower arrangement and easy to order.

Horrible! When you call them, still horrible. Don’t rely on them to provide any services or support. Flowers come damaged and many days late. Just say no!

If I could give zero stars, I would. That would more accurately reflect the terrible experience I had with Blossom Flowers.
I ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral, paid in full, and the arrangement was never delivered. One hour after the scheduled delivery time, I found myself in the uncomfortable position of having to contact a relative and ask whether the flowers had arrived. They had not.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I only learned there was a problem because I called Blossom Flowers myself. Had I not reached out, would anyone have contacted me to let me know they were unable to fulfill my order? A simple courtesy call would have been the bare minimum, especially given the sensitive nature of a funeral service.
To make matters worse, obtaining a refund was not straightforward. During my conversation with a representative, I had to request a refund three separate times while being offered alternative solutions. There is no alternative solution for failing to deliver funeral flowers as promised. The service was paid for, a commitment was made, and that commitment was not honored.
The lack of communication, failure to deliver, and apparent reluctance to immediately issue a refund made an already difficult day even more stressful. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I was told a refund will be processed, now I find myself in a position that they will deliver on that promise.

I ordered a bouquet for my friend in Reno who just had heart surgery. I am in Sacramento and was not familiar with Reno florists, so I used a service called Bloom Flower Delivery, which sent my order to Best Flowers by Julie. The bouquet was nothing like I ordered! It was pathetic. It was supposed to be roses and hydrangea. There were two roses and one hydrangea and the rest was filler. The bouquet was half the size of the photo on the website. Plus, the card message was wrong -- it had a bunch of question marks! And it was not delivered until 8 p.m. at night -- making my friend get out of bed to answer the door. I called Best Flowers and the owner made excuses about how she is just told what flowers to use. I called and emailed Blossom Flower Delivery and only got an AI-generated response that they are looking into it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

One star is way too good for this fly by night disreputable company. I ordered an expedited delivery thinking it would get there the same day. Five days later I can not locate the flowers I ordered. Never again, stay far away from this company. It is all AI, you will never get a live rep.

Delivery was on time and packed correctly. The birthday arraignment was perfect and my wife loved them.

Besides my original review on lateness, I just found out that my original invoice was in canadian dollars and they charged me in U.S. funds. The form I filled out was clearly canadian and nothing indicated US funds.The complete form is misleading. Even the invoice I have says nothing to indicate US funds. It wasn't till I investigated thier web page did I find something very misleading.

We ordered a spray to be displayed at brothers-in-law's viewing and funeral. They did not deliver for the viewing and sent an email the morning of the viewing stating it was delayed but guaranteed for the next morning before the funeral. Funeral began at 1200 and no flowers. Called multiple times to confirm prior and when nothing arrived. After the funeral, claiming they would deliver it late. That is after the funeral. Unacceptable. Their response was absolutely unacceptable, no accountability or even apology for the situation. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY for your needs.

Don’t ever use their service it’s a scam they will not deliver the flowers you purchase and they will not work with you to get a refund they will straight steal your money do not use them

Easy to order. Delivery was on time. Arrangement was beautiful!

They were supposed to deliver by 1pm for a birthday party, I even paid extra to guarantee delivery, at 3pm the flowers were not there, I called and they stated they had been delayed and would not be there until 3 days later so I canceled the order and asked for a refund. Then I get an email stating the flowers would be delivered five days after they were supposed to be, once again I canceled the order and asked for a refund. You only speak to a bot, never a live person. Worst flower service I have ever had. No customer service at all. 5 emails all giving me different dates of delivery, all responding with cancel the order and refund my money. Very poor service, never again.

I ordered a birthday arrangement on Friday for Saturday delivery after finding Blossom Flower Delivery advertised as “#1 in Carthage three years in a row.” I believed I was choosing a reliable option for flowers in Carthage.
On Saturday—the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered—I received a message saying the arrangement I had ordered was unavailable. They offered to substitute a “Designer’s Choice” arrangement, but then informed me that they couldn't deliver until October 5, two days after the promised delivery date. When I called, I was told they hadn't received their flower shipment.
This was for a 40th birthday. Delivering flowers two days later defeats the purpose of ordering birthday flowers for a specific date.
I canceled the order and was told it will take 2–6 days to receive my refund. Meanwhile, I called a local grocery store in Carthage, and they are putting together two dozen roses with filler TODAY for the birthday.
What makes this even more frustrating is that this experience reminded me that I had ordered from Blossom before and had a delivery problem then, too. Had I remembered that when I placed this order, I never would have used them again.
Overpromised and underdelivered. I would give zero stars if that were an option. I will not order from Blossom Flower Delivery again.

Order not delivered as promised. Waiting for a refund. I should have read the terrible reviews prior to ordering.

update: I requested a cancelation and refund. Neither happened. I would never recommend this company.

The flowers were delivered in a timely manner and the recipient receiving the flowers loved them and all of her co-workers and students!!! Thank you so much for helping me make my daughter's birthday special!!!💐♥️🙏🏻

ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

I paid approximately $100 total for this order, including an additional fee for EARLY delivery and a $10 tip. I ordered a specific orchid arrangement in the planter pictured and advertised. What was delivered looked like a basic grocery-store orchid—not the planter or arrangement I paid for.

Even worse, despite charging me EXTRA for early delivery, they failed to deliver it on time. The orchid was ultimately left OUTSIDE OF A CLOSED BUSINESS OVERNIGHT.

When I contacted the company, they acknowledged making substitutions but claimed the delivered arrangement was of the “same value.” I did not order an unspecified product of supposedly equivalent value. I ordered the arrangement and planter they advertised.

Their solution? A 10% refund on the $60 arrangement price—SIX DOLLARS.

So after spending approximately $100, paying extra for a delivery service they failed to provide, receiving a completely different product, and having it left outside overnight, their proposed resolution is $6.

Absolutely unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I feel completely misled by this company. The product did not match what was advertised, the premium delivery service I paid for was not provided, and the proposed $6 refund is insulting given everything that went wrong.

Buyer beware. Save your money and order directly from a reputable local florist.

I paid for flowers to be delivered for a grieving family and Blossom Flower Delivery never delivered them. They cashed my payment and said flowers were delivered and could not provide proof of delivery. The grieving family was home at all times. This is a disreputable company that I do not recommend anyone do business with as they do not answer calls. AI emails are sent only.

Everything about this experience was awful. I ordered sympathy flowers for my mom, they were supposed to be there in two days, didn’t get there for 5 days. The arrangement was absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Terrible company, do not use them if at all possible.

I ordered 2 dozen roses for my Aunts 80th birthday. This company promised they would be delivered on the day but she never got them. AVOID this company as the positive reviews do not reflect what you will experience. My Aunt lives in Canada, perhaps the service is better in the US? Calling the number will give you a robot to speak with, not a person who can sort out the problems.

Flowers were ordered for pre 1pm delivery on a Friday, they arrived after 7pm. These were sent to a commercial office which closed at 4pm. They were left on the doorstep, outside over the weekend and not received until the Monday morning, shrivelled from the heat and half eaten by wildlife.
Blossoms resolution was to refund the $5.95 delivery charge, no apology nor compensation for the flowers costing over $150.
On the day when the flowers appeared to be late I contacted Blossom repeatedly and the bot assured me they would be on time, the request to expedite had been made etc. But still no delivery.
I would recommend anyone thinking of sending flowers this way to find another company, these people are an absolute scam. I will be pursuing alternate ways to recoup the cost, but if you actually want to send flowers with sincerity this company is not the one to choose.
