They’re a total scam! I ordered 1 bouquet but they charged me twice. When I tried to email them they were not responsive. Worst customer service ever.

I ordered flowers, chocolates, and a card, and nothing was ever delivered. I spent two weeks trying to resolve this issue, calling multiple times and sending multiple emails. I could never reach an actual representative. The only response I received was an automated message stating that the flowers had been delivered, which was completely untrue.

I repeatedly tried to get a refund and was told that they were “researching” the situation. I was told they would look into it, but nothing ever happened. No delivery, no refund, and no meaningful response or resolution.

I gave this company every opportunity to correct the situation and waited patiently for two weeks, but I received absolutely nothing.

This experience has left me extremely concerned about this company and, based on what happened, I personally feel like I was scammed.

Save yourself the frustration and do not use this company.

Purchase & delivery of my preferred plant was delivered at correct time & place nicely on the date I requested.

If I could leave fewer stars I would. Wrong order. Wrong date of delivery. Lack of a response and refund. And NOT a local flower store. Absolutely awful!

Efficient, easy to use, delivered on time

I originally ordered a beautiful orchid arrangement. Was told the next day they didn’t have orchids but would send something comparable. I finally agreed but told them no roses as my sister is allergic to them. Not only did the arrangement contain roses but the roses were on their leg. Since it has roses it had to be kept outside. I’m still very upset

This is a dedicated scam company. They take your order and send it to the nearest flower shop to the location of the delivery and whatever flowers they have to send is what you get.
I spent over $100 on a sympathy bouquet for my friend who's parents are both in hospice and they delivered a $10 Kroger bouquet.
When bringing this to their attention they simply refused a refund and insisted that they delivered "a product" and apologized that "I am unhappy with what I got"

I’d ordered blossom flowers from online reviews. What arrived was markedly different than what I had ordered. Much more anemic. Had also ordered a bunch of Mylar birthday balloons which never arrived. I attempted the online customer service, which was a bot. Still trying to get a refund over the non-delivered balloons. Zero out of five stars. Avoided all cost.

That company is the scamming. Just charging your credit card. Never deliver the order.

The box was beat up so bad the driver had to take a few minutes to straighten the box and peel the sticker to be able to scan it.

If I could give Blossom Flower Delivery (The Blossom) of Miami a negative number, I would. In fact, I would give them a negative 5. My mother ordered flowers for my birthday two weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery. On the expected delivery date, she had to call multiple times in an attempt to reach someone to make sure the flowers were out for delivery. Around 6pm, someone drops off the flowers without the balloons that were ordered. What was delivered was not what she ordered. In fact, it looked as though the plant was pulled out of a pot and thrown in the basket they were delivered in. She contacted them for a refund. After lots of run around, they offered a 20% refund which makes no sense when we are 100% dissatisfied. I attempted to reach out to them and I keep getting the same ai response. This is a terrible company. I don't understand why they are still in business.

If I could give no stars I would. They said they would be delivered same day and charged me for it and they make you think they are local. Flowers arrived two days late and were in horrible condition! This website is a scam and will not refund your money! STAY AWAY

Dealing with Blossom Flower Delivery has been one of the worst Customer Service experiences I have encountered in a VERY long time. The order was incorrect, the delivery was four days late, and the flowers were DEAD. They are refusing to refund my money - but I've got news for them - THEY WILL or else! Avoid them at all costs! They and their other umbrella name - Sunny Flower Delivery are absolutely HORRIBLE! My attorneys reported them to the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorney General of CA, where they are located. Imagine that, FRAUD in California!?!?!? THEN, they refunded my money! DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY!"

I ordered flowers for my sister, her husband passed. I ordered a beautiful arrangement from the choices offered online from Blossom Flower Delivery. It was over $118. What she received was an ugly vase with just a few half dead flowers! Also NOTHING at all like the flowers I ordered.These people COUNT on you not seeing the flowers that get sent. My sister was shocked and sent me a picture of what she received. I called and emailed them, and was basically told, so sad to bad. They offered me 25% back and a $10 for my next order...not kidding!!! I have contacted a lawyer and he suggested filing a multi plaintiff lawsuit against this terrible company. They are listed as a scam company on sites. The same thing has happened to so many others. I wish I would have seen that. We all want our money back from this scammer. I will pursue it. We all need to let people know about these scammers on social media. Let's make them visible for the creeps they are!

My wife ordered flowers from Blossom Flower Delivery to be delivered to our daughter in San Francisco to celebrate her engagement. The flowers were to arrive on September 7, 2026 (Labor Day), when our daughter would be home from work. On the appointed day, my wife received two emails. The first stated that the flowers had been placed on the truck. The second stated that the flowers had been delivered. Neither statement was true! As the company confirmed that night:

"Due to an unexpected delay in receiving our supplies and the unavailability of our drivers over the long holiday weekend, our ability to fulfill orders promptly has been affected.

"We are pleased to inform you that your order has already been processed and is currently out for delivery today, Sept. 08, 2026."

Screw them.

Ordering on line was easy and delivery was fast considering I needed it delivered in four hours

The flowers were delivered. That's the one positive thing I can say. Very hard to reach them (always a bot), and the delivery was late, even though they assured me that I was marked as "prioritized". I wrote to cancel my order way before the arrangement was even made, and they said they (the bot) would "look into it" at least 5 times. When the flowers did arrive at my girlfriend's, the roses were a different color than what I'd ordered.

Placed an order for same day delivery and 3 days later still haven’t received it. All customer responses are from A.I. I emailed multiple times and I keep hearing the same response of “we’re doing everything we can to get it out today. Would you like me to submit an urgent request to push this for the earliest possible delivery? — Blossom Flower Delivery” Do not order from them unless you’re wanting to wait days and talk to A.I for customer support.
