Flowers showed up extremely late and were wilted and not what I ordered. I paid extra for it to be on time.

I would give it less than 1 star. Delayed delivery, poor quality bouquet, the extras I paid for were missing and their support ignored me for hours. Avoid!

Absolutely terrible experience with FlowersIn4Hours.com.

I placed Order #5264830 on September 17 and paid EXTRA for expedited same-day delivery. I was later notified that the flowers would not arrive that day. When I called, I requested a refund for the expedited fee and was told the flowers would instead be delivered on September 18.

They NEVER arrived.

I called again on Monday, September 21 at 8:55 AM. I spent about 14 minutes dealing with their automated/AI system and then waited another 9+ minutes to speak with someone. The representative told me she could not even see a delivery status for my order and that they would need to “investigate” and I would have to wait another 24–48 hours for an update.

At this point, my order was already FOUR DAYS late, so I told her that was unacceptable and requested a refund. She HUNG UP ON ME.

I immediately called back, was listed as first in line, and still waited another 10+ minutes before speaking with Customer Service representative Ryan Gonzales. After explaining the entire situation again, I asked to speak with someone who could actually address my refund and the fact that my flowers had never been delivered. I was again told I would have to wait 24–48 hours to hear back.

When I pushed back and asked to speak with someone else regarding the issue, Ryan Gonzales HUNG UP ON ME AS WELL.

So not only did this company fail to deliver the flowers I paid for, fail to provide the expedited service I paid extra for, and fail to provide any delivery status four days later, but TWO customer service representatives hung up on me when I asked for a refund and further assistance.

Completely unacceptable customer service. I should not have to spend this much time fighting for a refund for an order that was NEVER DELIVERED.

I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company.

Very unprofessional from there part, I place a order for a certain day, they cancel the date for it to get deliver because their driver left. Don’t order from them.

flower arrangement was pretty would've preferred the purple accent flowers as pictured but disclaimer does note arrangement could be different, flowers were healthy and pretty, arrived as said, thank you

This company is a scam - Im not sure who the payment gateways still allow them to operate and let them accept payments from customers.

ordered for fathers birthday and they never appeared. I called to request a refund and never received it. had to contest via credit card

Got ripped off and no delivery.

Unbelievably horrible service. Absolute worst experience ever!! Delivery was not on date I booked three days previously and didn’t make the funeral. But, thankfully it didn’t arrive for service because I’d have been so embarrassed!! Was finally delivered to the home today and nothing like I ordered. Disgusting!! Waste of money!! So wish I could add photos!!!!

This company is a scam I ordered 2 flower arrangements for a baby's funeral and spent $200.00 they never was delivered and I keep getting the run around about they will call me back and they never do call me back. This company is fake and a scam don't use this company.

Flowers delivered two days late and looking poor shape. The florist substituted a cheap looking glass vase instead of what was ordered. Tried contacting them about a refund but kept chatting that they are looking into it no feedback to me. Then I get a text saying they are closing the ticket because they got no information. What a scam! I’ll contact my credit card company.

Scam!! Flowers never delivered and cant talk to a real person. Demanded a refund and havent gotten anything. I will be disputing with my bank.

Absolutely horrible! I ordered a rose mix with multicolored other flowers in a moss purse vase. They asked what color roses and I chose pink. They delivered her red roses (which she does not like) in a cheap dollar store glass vase. I was on the phone with their customer service for 58 minutes for a total of 6 phone calls trying to get through to them and the ai agent was inaccurate and the whole experience was horrific. This company SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE OPERATING. THERE PRACTICES ARE FRAUDULENT...RUINED A GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY!

Order never delivered. Given many excuses out to deliver, on truck, delivery person on available, etc.

I paid 80$ on 14 august, the flowers never arrived ñ, I sent them and e mail, I tried to calle, and nothing happens... I still waiting my money back 10 days later, don' t trust them

This is an American business. Nowhere on the ordering do they tell you that they charge US dollars. I placed an order for $117.42 and they billed my credit card $162.02. Called immediately to cancelled. While on hold I went to their website and tried to cancel the order. Even though less than 5 min had passed they said it could not be cancelled. Company disconnected the first call when it was my turn. Called back and they tried a you can have $10 off…still would be out $40. Eventually agreed to cancel the order. Now I have to wait up to 7 days to get $ back.

My nephew in Germany ordered flowers and chocolates for my b‘day on August 14th, they arrived today, 7 days later. I am glad they arrived at all because of so many very Bad Reviews. I have to say though the Agents of flowersin4days and Blossom Delivery were extremely nice and helpful. I guess I owe it to them that the flowers arrived at all so i gave them 4 stars.

Ordered on a Friday and was called late in the day and told they couldn't deliver until Saturday (so much for 4 hours!) They also said they didn't have the balloon I ordered and could they just add more flowers? The arrangement they delivered was so pitiful I was embarrassed and had to order another arrangement for my mother from another flower company. Please save yourself some aggravation and DO NOT use!

I wish I give zero star fake and false advertisement it was family members anniversary order on Saturday didn’t deliver till Monday 12pm. Fake fake big scammer the customer care assuring me for 5$ so I can’t put any comments. Please never put order they are 0% trust worthy. Fake business and scam people now telling me refund in 7 to 10 days.

This was the worst ever. I paid $85 for a bouquet of hydreas and roses and they brought a bouquet that looked nothing like the one I ordered and looked like one you would pick up for $25 at the grocery store. And "all" they could offer was a $16 refund 🙄 I would definitely not be using them again. Oh and mind you its same day delivery and my order got delivered 2 days late.
