This was my second experience with DutyDoctor.
It’s a fantastic service with Dr Koyes Ahmed who listens and takes time to understand my request and subsequently issued my document required.
Will almost certainly use this company again and highly recommend .

I approached the Duty Doctor today with clear symptoms of sinusitis.
My consultation was with Dr Koyes Ahmed , a lovely Dr, very competent and professional.
He gave me attention and support.
Brilliant consultant and easy to understand.
After one hour of my call I got my prescription by code.
I started already the therapy and right now I'm feeling much better.

Managed to book an appointment for the next day. Really professional service for a very reasonable price. I needed a GP letter which was completed the same day as my appointment which was fantastic.
Would book again in future if needed.

The doctor was very informative when talking me through my blood and urine test results. I felt reassured by his manor and professional approach.

Dr Ahmed Koyes was absolutely amazing. He is really helpful and understanding. He doesn’t indocrinate you his thoughts and always involves you with the decision-making. He was really empathetic and a good human as well. He explained all the next steps very clearly and I left with a good understanding of everything.

Dr Ahmed is absolutely 10/10. My GP wasn’t helping with my issues so I found this website.
He went above and beyond and because of that I ended up having tests done showing exactly why I was in pain.
For context I do have a chronic long term condition, everything tends to get blamed on that. I think this is the first GP that hasn’t just tried to blame that and I ended up getting answers, it had nothing to do with my chronic condition! I am beyond grateful. Cannot recommend him enough. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Had video call with Dr Koyes, what a true professional, kind, considerate and understanding. Felt at ease and able to talk through problem, Dr Koyes listened and truly felt he cared. Got back to me after the appt to update and inform me of findings and explained options and way forward.
This is an excellent service, wont be the last time I use and will recommend

Brilliant service! Booked next day video consltation in order to get a travel medication letter and have received the document same day via email.
Much more time saving and absolutely hussle free option comparing to asking GP practice which usually takes ages to receive the outcome of the request.

Booking my consultation was very straightforward at an affordable price . My consultation was with Dr Faye Kirkland whom I have met in person as a patient previously . And just as before Dr Kirkland could not have been anymore thorough and professional .
My consultation was not rushed in the slightest and ended with me feeling completely heard , seen and understood . She went above and beyond to take the necessary steps to ensure I get the treatment and care needed and offered me invaluable advice . She is an amazing doctor and leaves no stone unturned . A true professional and a very kind considerate and understanding lady ..

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional First Experience with DutyDoctor

I have been suffering with a persistent migraine that has lasted 13 days. After seeing DutyDoctor’s posts on LinkedIn, I decided to try their online GP service. As it was my first time consulting a GP virtually, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was genuinely impressed. I struggled to get an appointment with my NHS doctor so wasn’t sure what to do, I don’t have private health insurance and can’t afford to fund seeing a private GP at my local clinic for £150+.

The booking process was seamless and super affordable at £45, and within 30 minutes of my consultation my prescription was sent to me via a link and my local village pharmacy was able to access it no problem at all.

Dr. Koyes was incredibly thorough, empathetic, and took the time to really understand what I was going through. I felt heard and cared for.

DutyDoctor’s mission to make healthcare more accessible and affordable is clear from start to finish. They genuinely put the patient first, and it shows. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for convenient, compassionate care.

Dr Ahmed is a brilliant doctor and a true professional. He looks after you with the care and diligence you expect from a doctor. He managed to arrange the necessary tests I needed for work, review them and follow up quickly. Great service. 10/10.

I had a detailed video consultation with Dr. Ahmed, who went above and beyond and explained everything in a calm and professional manner, the appointment did not feel rushed at all.
