** I will happily update this review should I receive my refund as promised **
Ordered cigarettes on the 14th October. 2 days later i received an automated response to my order saying there was a “delay” due to ‘limited availability’. It is now the 25th October and I’m still receiving “update’ emails stating there is still a delay in sourcing my products. In one exchange about a week ago with Leonidas he did say that if I wanted to I could cancel my order and get a full refund. Last night I decided I’d waited long enough and would in fact get a refund.
Here’s where things get suspicious. When I emailed him last night he informed me he would have to ‘request’ a refund from the bank that would then have to be ‘approved’ before the refund could be processed. All of which taking an unknown amount of time. Very strange. I then challenged him on why they simply couldn’t do a bank transfer. This was the response.
‘… our company is currently undergoing a banking account update, which has temporarily affected our ability to process outgoing transfers, including refunds’.
Having ordered with them a few times before (with a few seizures I might add), this is beginning to sound a little bit like things are going in another direction here. I may be wrong in which case I’ll edit/delete this review.
They have 5 working days from today to issue me a full refund of £161.46 or this will be taken further.

We are genuinely sorry to see this review, particularly because you have placed several orders with us previously and have had an established history with our company.
We fully understand that experiencing a sourcing delay and then, shortly afterwards, being informed of a banking-related delay affecting refunds can naturally raise concerns. We do not suggest that you are wrong to ask questions or to be frustrated by the uncertainty, particularly when we are currently unable to provide you with a definite completion date for the refund.
We would, however, like to clarify the full context for other readers.
You placed your order on 14 October and were subsequently informed that sourcing was delayed due to limited availability. During this period, we remained in regular communication with you and continued providing updates regarding the status of your order.
On 24 October, following one of those updates, you replied:
“Hi Leonidas,
Thanks for your quick response.
I totally understand the situation so will ask please that my order is cancelled and please refund me.
Please advise what you need from me to make the bank transfer.”
Your cancellation request and request for a full refund were then accepted and recorded.
We also acknowledge your clarification regarding a previous customs seizure. On that occasion, you had purchased Shipping Protection, and therefore a replacement shipment was provided to you in accordance with the Shipping Protection service you had paid for. We agree that this should not have been presented as a discretionary goodwill gesture, and we are happy to correct that point.
Regarding your current refund, our banking facilities are still undergoing an account and compliance update which has temporarily restricted outgoing transactions, including refunds. This is why your refund has not yet been completed. Your refund has not been refused or rejected; it remains recorded and due to you.
We also acknowledge that your review states that you will update or delete it if the refund is received. We appreciate that clarification.
Our concern was not that you had claimed we stopped communicating with you. You clearly stated in your review that you had received several updates, and we recognise that our original response could have given the impression that we were disputing something you had not actually said. We are therefore correcting that point here.
What we do wish to clarify is that, while the coincidence of two separate operational issues may understandably appear concerning, it does not mean that there is any fraudulent intent. Your refund remains due and will be processed as soon as the banking restriction affecting outgoing transactions is lifted.
We sincerely regret the uncertainty and frustration this situation has caused and will notify you directly as soon as the refund has been successfully completed.

VERY pleasantly surprised
VERY pleasantly surprised. This is the only place I can find my favorite Marlboro Click cigarettes.
With this being my first order, I paid for 5 packets and some Indonesian filtered coffee. This was on the 10th of August (and at a good price). I got my postal/tracking information quickly. And I was over the moon when the package arrived on the 19th (only 9 days, brilliant). With absolutely no issues whatsoever. Exceptional experience - fast and well priced
