Great site with flaws but trustworthy and quick with no issues.
Skeptical of using the site but it has been great.
Australian here so our smokes are through the roof so this has been super helpful.
Smokes can be iffy at times like the last ones looked like they were wet at some point or something.
Either way still in great condition, perfectly ok and good smokes.
Delivery service is quick and accurate.
Keep up the amazing work guys.

I’ve ordered from DFC 4 times so far…
I’ve ordered from DFC 4 times so far with great service and quick delivery. However I need to be honest in that my 3rd order has been stuck in UK customs for almost 4 weeks so far with no movement. I just hope it moves through soon.
UPDATE - unfortunately my item was seized by customs. I understand that’s the risk you take, but feel I need to be honest about this as a warning that it can happen. Probably worth paying the insurance add on.

Hello Dannii,
We have checked the shipping status of your order DFCUKID4212245999.
As you can see from the tracking information, your order was dispatched internationally on 30 May and arrived in the United Kingdom on 2 June. Since then, it has remained within the UK customs process.
As you are aware, these are tobacco products shipped internationally through the postal system. While our overall delivery success rate is approximately 90%, there is always around a 10% risk that shipments may be delayed, detained, or seized by customs authorities. This is a known risk associated with international shipments of tobacco products and is clearly explained before an order is placed.
However, if you purchased Shipping Insurance with your order, you are entitled to a free replacement shipment if your parcel is detained or seized by customs.
If you would like to proceed or have any questions regarding your shipment, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assist you.
Kind regards,
DFC UK Team

Genuine
They are genuine to their word and not fake as you hear about fake cigarettes from these duty free places. I thought I had been scammed, but they were thorough in what I asked for. Your service was excellent too. You got back to me swiftly if I had any questions. Arrived quickly and in good condition. I will definitely get cigarettes from them again.
